Easy to order, lovely style products, great sale and offers, quick delivery.

Easy ordering and prompt delivery. I bought 2 pairs of flip flops and they are cheaper than another well known expensive brand and just as good. I have been wearing Roxy flip flops for over 25 years.

The product looks lovely on the website but the sizing is so bad. I’m a size 8-10, ordered a medium as I wanted a loose fit. They were too tight. I ordered a large (which is crazy due to my size) and even those were too small?!! I gave up in the end.

Don’t shop from Roxy!!!! I have loved the clothes since I was a kid but I’ve had one too many bad experiences. I’m still waiting for a refund five weeks after the package got back to them. I have had nothing back from any of the methods I’ve used to try and contact them I have tried to get in touch with them over six times. You can’t seem to ever get a person to help it’s just AI so nothing gets resolved. I’m going to give it a few more days then get in touch with the bank as Roxy have been useless.

Placed an order containing several items - all had the same delivery window of less than one week.
When I received the order, some items were missing so I checked my order history which showed some times where still being "processed."
At no point during the order process was I advised that these items would not be shipped together.
I have contacted Customer Services twice with zero response.
I am so sick of companies who focus heavily on online sales yet take absolutely no accountability for errors nor demonstrate any form of after sales service.

Be available to reach . Live chat doesn’t work ,no phone number . Emails take ages for a response

I'm a long time Roxy customer and they never disappoint. The sizing is always right on and the quality of the material is great

Wrong size sent after previous order did not go through due to a system error on website.
Multiple contact with customer service and none answered.
I’d send back without assistance but am not paying £5 return fee for something that was not my fault.
Won’t be shopping with them again.

Quick delivery

Absolutely terrible. No order updates, false information about delivery times. Apparently my item was being shipped from France not the UK, but you have to guess that information. Complaining falls on deaf ears. Ordered my item on 21st July and apparently it arrived on 31st. No idea though as I was already on holiday by then.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - would give no stars if I could.

I tried multiple times to get hold of customer services as I had absolutely zero delivery instructions. The delivery took a lot longer than shown on the website and it was a partial delivery on receipt. Half the order was missing.

High quality fabrics on the items I purchased. They have washed and ironed and still look and feel like new. The colours of the tops I bought are great. Delivery was speedy too.
