Dass eine Rechnung als rein formelles Dokument manchmal etwas unpersönlich wirkt, können wir gut nachvollziehen. Ihren Hinweis zur Formatierung der IBAN verstehen wir absolut – eine lange Zahlenreihe ohne Leerzeichen ist optisch oft schwerer zu erfassen. Der Hintergrund für diese fortlaufende Schreibweise ist jedoch, dass sich die IBAN so wesentlich einfacher per Copy & Paste kopieren lässt. Viele Banking-Programme und Apps akzeptieren bei der Eingabe keine Leerzeichen, weshalb das ununterbrochene Format digitale Überweisungen erleichtert.
Dennoch nehmen wir Ihr Feedback gerne auf und geben es an unser technisches Team weiter, um zu prüfen, ob wir hier künftig einen optimalen Mittelweg für eine bessere Lesbarkeit und einfache digitale Verarbeitung finden können.

Haft ett pågående ärende i flera veckor nu genom företaget jag jobbar på. Varje gång man svarar i samma mailtråd så är det en ny person från Billie som svarar och som inte har en aning om vad det gäller. De läser inte historiken heller.
Skickar inkassokrav på redan betalda fakturor trots lång kontakt. Skulle aldrig anlita Billie.

No.1 you demand £540 +, when amount should be zero as it was fully refunded by Alibaba trade assurance
No.2&3 I'm not going to pay until I receive my items from both companies, don't you think 6 weeks is a joke to wait, I have more than enough money to cover you damn bill of £350 thirty times over, but why should I? I think its time you speak to Alibaba, as ftom my side you can add as many late fees as you want because the only money you will be receiving i the cost or items.
