It was a lot easier than anticipated to prep the sample and send it off. Well worth it, as the insights and results give really good information into what makes my body and mind tick.

Extremely interesting insights into a range of different elements to do with health / diet / exercise. Very interesting to know what vitamins, foods, exercises and other habits are likely to improve my overall health, sleep and stress levels, and what should be avoided.
