Great shirt and material. Size I ordered was too small and customer service was great to work with to resolve the issue.

I ordered a large polo shirt, the shirts run small. I asked to exchange the shirt for an XL. They told me to keep the large and sent an XL at no charge. Great Service.

When I jumped out of the site and bank in I believe I selected the wrong size by accident. It was 100% my issue, so I emailed the link listed in the middle of the night, and I had a response from a human being when I woke up. I couldn’t believe how fast. I emailed a picture of the whole shirt with the tag visible, per their instructions. Once again they replied within 12-18 hours, and took care of everything. They were so helpful and accommodating I could not believe it. I don’t think I’ve had a better experience by a clothing handling store and it was my mistake. I will absolutely will recommend them to anyone and definitely buy again. They have cool stuff too, I’ll for sure shop here again. Awesome customer service!!!

The first shirt was subpar quality, but I reached out to customer support and they offered to send a better quality shirt out for free. The replacement shirt arrived and while it is still not as expected it is much much better and the support I was given for the issue was amazing.

I ordered a shirt for my son’s birthday which ended up being too small. I just now received the replacement free of charge and am able to keep the original shirt. Customer service is outstanding! The shirt itself is amazing. The dog print is very original, cute and clear. The material is very nice. I am highly satisfied with this company!

As we all know, there are times when we order something online that needs to be exchanged because we need a different size. Returning something can be such a hassle. When I emailed Birdiepolos about an exchange, they got back to me within 24hrs. and said they would get another size out to me asap. Their attention was very much appreciated.

The birdie polos that I received were great quality but too small. My representative from birdie polos is sending two new larger shirts to me. The communication was prompt and no charge for the replacements. Great experience and my husband will love the polos.

Love the print, but the material doesn't breath and has no stretch. Poor golfing shirt.

My order took over 3 weeks to ship. Once it got to the last mile, they use a service called SpeedX for their last mile for delivery. Horrible service. They delivered it to some other address, provided a photo of delivery. When I contested with my own photos of my home and front door, they said they had proof of delivery and blew me off. No shirt, and out $42. They are slow to respond, and even after showing proof, still denied shipping me a replacement shirt or refund me.

Terrible experience. Shirt was poor quality and the medium men's cut was super small. Simply asked for a refund and the offered 30% or larger size. Buyer beware - if you hate the material like I did or it doesn't fit you are out of luck. They later offered me a better quality shirt for free, why not just sell one high quality shirt.

My socks weren’t what I was hoping for and after sending an email they responded immediately. I took a few pictures and they sent me a free shirt as an apologetic gesture.

Not only did my husband love the print on his new Birdiepolo, he said it was comfortable and lightweight- perfect for a FL tee time. But, for me, the excellent customer service I received to make sure he had the perfect fit is the main reason I will be ordering from Birdiepolo for years to come.

I received the shirt I ordered and it was good quality and I liked it. Bought it for my son and a L is just too small. I contacted Birdielpolos and they responded very quickly and they are sending an XL to replace it with no extra charge. Very nice!

I ordered this shirt for my son’s birthday but when we received it it looked a bit small. I contacted the company and got THE BEST customer service!! They replaced the shirt at no cost and are sending a new one. The responded quickly and with a great resolution. The shirt is GREAT! My son will love it! Will purchase more from them!
