We were given a good discounted price for our tickets to Canada. However, the Airline charged us for our check-in baggage which came to around £240 each way. We had to pay the money at the airport. However after our holiday the travel agent rep ‘Jay’ was very kind and understanding and helped us get a full refund of the excess baggage charge that was paid. He gave us exceptional ‘customer services’

I spoke with a very friendly, helpful customer services agent named Rav. Everything was explained to me in great detail and my query was solved. Very satisfactory conclusion. Thank you Mr Rav.

We had a complicated trip to book which incuded multiple cities and stopovers. Rav helped us sort through the list and saved us several hundred dollars. We are very happy with his help and guidance. Bird Voyage provided excellent service throughout my travel booking. The staff special I mention name of Steve he is very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process stress-free. My tickets and baggage allowance were all handled perfectly. Would definitely book with them again!
