Efficient and knowledgeable engineers at reasonable industry prices. Had our appointment moved twice due to emergency call outs but we were given plenty of notice and this was of no inconvenience to ourselves. Shows they are able to prioritise customers who need urgent service, which gives me confidence if we needed their help in the future.

My boiler was making a ridiculously loud noise once or twice a day for a second or two. Called Bishop's, Jeni was very helpful on the phone and got me booked in for the next day for a visit to try and diagnose. Paul arrived on schedule and made multiple attempts to replicate the issue but unfortunatley the boiler was behaving well. Paul, through his extensive knowledge and experience was able to narrow down the fault down to one suspect component. The part was ordered and fitted in under 24 hours. Its been a week now and the noise has gone away. If Carlsberg made a boiler service and repair company... Bishop's would be it. Fantastic work guys, I have now deleted all my other boiler contacts and look forward to seeing you for the next boiler service.

Bishop Plumbing & Heating installed our boiler & central heating system two years ago and we ask them to service it annually as they’re prompt & efficient. Booking an appointment can be done over the phone (I like the human touch) without too long a waiting time and costings are clear. The paperwork arrives by email quickly after the visit which is important for rental properties.
All in all, a first class service.

Boiler service carried out. The engineer was on time completed the work in a clean and tidy way. Would have given five stars if the procedure relating to covid had been explained.

We recently had our annual boiler service conducted by Bishops and again they were on time, professional and friendly engineers and great customer service from office staff.

We decided to go with Bishops after they made good our boiler install undertaken by a different company. I would definitely recommend Bishops.

I have never thought I will someday be writing a review on any product or services until I received a wonderful service from Bishop Plumbings. I needed to change and relocate my old boiler from the 70s. I read online reviews, received a quote and within few days the job was completed. Bishop Plumbing were very professional and supportive through the process. The team were punctual. I received a text message every morning before their arrival to the property. Bishop Plumbings relocated and changed my boiler from regular boiler with tank to a combi boiler. They also changed my radiators. No job is too much for this team. Good supportive customer service and always polite.
