Total scam, stay away

Nicely crafted and comforting quilt with a meaningful cross, good quality overall.

Ordered a D&D dice fidget spinner, paid for express shipping. "Something" arrived almost 2 months later, but it was not what I ordered. As well, the invoice said one price, but they charged my card much more.

Have tried to contact them for a refund on misrepresenting the wares and over-charging. No luck so far. Trying to get my credit card company to reverse the charge.

STAY AWAY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Scam. If you actually want what you pay for, don’t order from her. I am still waiting on mine to arrive and it’s been over a month. Paid express too and still nothing. Refuse to give refund. Don’t waste your time

Wish there was an option to mark zero stars. This phony company is just a scam. They offer one price at check out and try to charge something different in your card. Products are not at all as described, if they ever arrive to your home, which is almost never. Do not fall for it, mark my words.

I ordered Blind Date with a Book for Christmas. It was sorta received late January. What we received was a 6 page pamphlet and some stickers. What a scam. complained to Paypal and they said I didn't respond in the 2 days they gave me to appeal their decision - I did though. Paypal was worthless as I see others had the same "response" from Paypal. I also ordered, stupidly, a fidget spinner at the same time. It took 2 months and was a cheap plastic ball with no way to fidget anything. I, too, am done with anyone on Facebook and won't use Paypal much anymore. Send the review all you want, they don't care.

I ordered the Friendship Christmas ornaments in November 11'2024 . I still have not received them . Have emails wanting to know where they are ? They are just scamming money out of people .

On December 1, 2024 I ordered a “Blind Date With a Book.” It said 5-10 business days for shipping. Here we are on 3/6/2025. Still not received. I tried to go through PayPal to get a refund. Now, supposedly this company is based in London. PayPal put me in contact with some company in China. Since the beginning, I’ve been given 3 links to track the package. All bogus. PayPal closed my case and won’t allow me to re-open it. Horrible service on both counts.

I too ordered the Christmas ornaments that I did not receive. Got a false tracking number that the items of that tracking number was verified by the post office to have been delivered, don't know what, to a different name and address.
Paypal is just as much a disappointment in not refunding the charge. How does Paypal not realize what a bad company Bizartree is? Shame on them as well. These are repeated offenses by both Paypal and Bizartree for a long time for mistreating good people. I know its been awhile since purchasing but it still is troubling to be fooled like this. Both companies are not made up of good people. Shame on them both.

I ordered the blind date with book and got a bunch of crap from the dollar tree and NO BOOK, after i waited almost 2 months for them to arrive!! When I tried to get a refund they wouldn't give me a full refund unless I paid for shipping back to China!!! I would have paid more in shipping then my refund!!

Total Scam and Lies! They do not send you what is advertised on FB. PayPal supports them so I will no longer support PayPal. Do not trust Facebook advertisements, since both fraudulent purchases came recommended on my feed. Very disturbing that a Billion $ company is associated with Scam Artists and companies that lie and deceive. Total Rip-off! so mad that I lost money and faith in people and FB as well.

I paid $45 for two blind dates with a book only to receive no actual book. They offered me an $8 refund to let me keep a pamphlet, paper, stickers, and a dollar tree highlighter.

Bizarte is a scam. It appears that it is supported by PayPal. PayPal well not go to bat for you!!! These two companies are working together! SCAM!!!

Would give less if I could. Ordered item December 7th and was guaranteed Christmas Delivery. It is now February 26th and still no item. Won't give refund. TOTAL SCAM

Total waste of money. Ordered Blind Date with a Book as a gift. Waited two months for my order. Not the 5-10 days as it says. When it finally arrived, it wasn't even really a book. It was a flimsy $2 looking book with ONLY the first three chapters of an old movie. It was wrapped in brown paper and all the other accessories that you see in the picture were inside the packaging that it came in. DO NOT BUY!

Took my money and sent a piece of brown paper, a string, book mark. This costed me over 40 bucks. Disputed , they never would refund my money, they lied over and over . It was a bunch of idiots stealing peoples money. Do not I repeat fo not get blind datebwith a book. My BFF is still waiting on her Christmas present from me. Jerks!!!!!

No book included, just some rubbish pamphlet wrapped in parcel paper and scraps of string and stickers. Absolute scam. No method of refund either. Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam. Do not order the blind date with a book. I ordered 2 historical romance and 1 thriller. No books received. Stickers and a pen. I contacted the company and was told they sent me what ai ordered. I have attempted to get my money back and return the order. No luck. Do not order!!

Bad. They tried to take out more money than what was said. I called them out on it and they fixed the price. But still not worth even buying anything from them. Like everyone else has said.. just a pamphlet of a book. I chose horror as my genre and they gave me some stupid pamphlet of a Miley Cyrus book.. like what the f--k? Don't give your money to them. Check out Ivory Chapters instead. Theyre legit and I just finished the book I got from them within three days! Bizaretre = Bad. Ivory Chapters = Good.
