Ich gebe 1 Stern, weil ich es musste.
Eigentlich haben sie nicht mal den Verdient, da was ich nach langer Wartezeit bekommen habe, nicht annähernd das war was auf der Website beworben und versprochen wurde.
Ich habe statt zwei Überraschungs Buchpaketen in hoher Qualität, zwei in Plastiktüten zusammen geschmissene schlecht aussehende Heftchen mit den ersten zwei bis drei Kapiteln bekommen.
Und nach mehrmaligen netten Email Kommunikation meiner seits, kein einsehen oder Verständnis Ihrer seits.

An absolute scam.
They did not send a book, but a copy of 20 pages of a book - that is not even in the category as ordered.
It was very nicely package though 🫠
They will also not offer a full refund but merely maybe 10%.
Shipment took 5 weeks.

If I could give zero stars I would! Purchased something from this scam of a company and I regret it. They have a 90 day money back guarantee but there is no address to send it back to. I have been fighting with them for over a month because they want to refund $25 of my $200. This place is such a joke. Do not order anything from them. I wish I read reviews before I wasted my time and money!

Do yourself a favor, do not ever buy anything from Bizartre!
They simply should not be allowed to do business in North America, they’re a total fraud!
I ordered Christmas decorations in OCTOBER. These were described as « solidwood 3D ornements », which is what appeared on the pictures.
I finally received IN JANUARY cheap ugly printed pieces of acrylic. Nothing to do with what I paid for.
I contacted Bizartre to inform them there had been a mistake. They said I had received the correct item but they « kindly » offered to send me 2$ as I was not fully satisfied. After I sent pictures showing the obvious huge differences between what I received and what I had oredered, they went up to 4$, 6$, and ended the emails saying they were sorry they could not resolve this matter to my satisfaction. They never even admitted wood is not acrylic…
They act with no respect of our laws.
It’s a shame they are still in business.

Ordered a book a few weeks before Christmas. It didn't show up until two weeks AFTER Christmas. The product was a complete joke and embarrassment if anyone was to give this as a gift.

The tracking number showed it was coming from Italy, of all places. When the package finally arrived, it was from a Chinese place in NJ!!!

Save yourself the time, money and aggravation and do NOT shop here.

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered 3 Blind Date with a Books. 3 different genres. I received 3 copies of a chapter of the same Nicholas Spark book. Complete scam.

They do NOT even deserve 1 star!! I ordered 5 "books" from them November 29th. Was given the run around when I asked for tracking information. Finally, the items arrived January 4th. What arrived was disgusting! A few stickers, pamphlet, a highlighter and a piece of coloured string! I have been back and forth with them since and was offered 9 US dollars as compensation. I payed 88! I have just been on the phone with my banking institution and they are working on a full refund for me. I am very hopeful it will work as this seems to be the only recourse. It has been a horrendous experience.

Completely scammed by this company. I ordered two separate blind date with a book orders. One was dark romance the other with spicy romance. I received a photocopied pamphlet of a Nicholas Sparks book but only the first three chapters. A sheet of cheap stickers a generic bookmark and a highlighter. This was nothing like it was described or shown on the video on Facebook. Attempted to request a refund and the business is completely uncooperative and is not willing to issue me a refund

Actually 0 stars. It is a total rip off. They don’t even send a real book, just some scammed pages put together, on cheap paper. Dollar store stickers are better than what I received.
100% total crap. If I knew it came from China, I would never have tried it.

ZERO STARS! I seriously wished I would have come here and read the review before purchasing! Completely scammed on this product! Not only did I select a thriller genre and they sent me romance, but it is literally a book jacket, not even a complete book! I could have bought 2 possibly 3 books for the price I paid for this ridiculousness! Absolutely horrible! Sadly when I made the purchase I thought….hmmm this might be a scam and emailed to get my refund. They said they couldn’t but this product has been their number seller for years! Not to mention it took about a month to receive! Yea I guess so, you offer something great but that’s not what the customers receive. Then you get their money and they are stuck with crap! Ridiculous! 😡🤬😡🤬

I ordered a blind date with a book that was supposed to ship from the USA.
It was stuck in the Denmark for a month then moved to Memphis for another month. I have yet to receive said book.
But in the meantime I did contact PayPal and receive a full refund. This company is a scam and I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with them. Customer service was a nightmare and that's why I went straight to PayPal for a refund. I knew they were not going to do anything.

I don’t even want to give one star. I don’t understand why buyers have no recourse and companies can just stay online ripping people off. They kept telling me I got what I ordered and refused a full refund. Even when I said I ordered a book not a pamphlet. Books have table of contents, chapters, page numbers, publisher information. This had none of that, just a 20 page printed pamphlet. How do they get away that? What else can we do besides write a bad review? They need to be shut down or charged with false advertising or something!!!!!!

I never received what I ordered. The customer service is a joke. It was almost a month before I heard anything the first time. Never have I been treated so poorly by a company!

BUYER BEWARE:I wish this company would be taken offline. I ordered blind date with a book for my daughter as a gift. I chose the Mystery genre and got a Nicholas sparks romance novel and it was like a pamphlet not a book. with random Christmas stickers. Not at all as it is advertised. What a waste. I always vet companies and for some reason this time I didn't. Doesn't matter if you send the review. What do they care? They got their money.

Don't buy anything from this company! It's a scam! They falsely advertise what they are selling. I ordered the books with all the fun, cute extras and all I received was a few chapters of a random book that wasn't the genre that I picked. It wasn't even close! All the extras were a highlighter and some lame stickers. They took almost 2 months to arrive and when I asked for a refund of $70 all they offered was $11. This company is complete trash!

Bought two blind date with a book at the beginning of December. Received on Jan 11th. What I received was two empty paper wraps for a book and cheap stickers. No books were sent. Spent $42.74, an absolute a waste of money. I reached out for a refund and how to return. They tried to settle by offering me $7. Umm no, I dont need a paper sack and stickers. Requested a return, went back and forth multiple emails. Finally got an address but pretty sure it’s a scam as well and will cost more money to send it to china and not guarantee a refund. From the other reviews I’m not the only one. This was definitely a scam. Do not buy from this website. Terrible all the way around.

A "1" star review is too much. TOTAL RIP-OFF!!!!!!! Thought I was getting a real book from the video that was posted on FB. But was totally shocked to get the POS they sent. This was supposed to be a neat and different kind of item that was to be a birthday present. What a f-ing waste.

Buyer beware. I ordered book with a date and the description was it's a book comes wrapped with a pen stickers, etc. what I got was complete garbage I got a pamphlet of one of Nicholas Sparks old movies literally 10 pages on cheap paper garbage flowers stickers that are ugly and not as pictured. with shipping this pack of garbage cost me $21.25 when I looked at my bank statement they actually charged me $26.56. Fraudulent . When I contacted the company, they offered me a two dollar refund. Thank goodness I used PayPal who issued me a full refund. Their company is disgusting and I hope that no one buys from them ever again.

As many others have said, this company is a scam. I ordered 2 ‘books’ and got 2 badly photocopied pamphlets of the same fake book and not from the genre I ordered from either. Mine came from The Netherlands even though it’s supposed to be an American company. They’re offering me $8 back but no way am I giving them my bank details. Nasty scammers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!‼️‼️‼️

Update: After complaining yet again to them about the quality of the package, they finally sent me a refund of $12 through PayPal which I received within 4/5 days

If only 0 stars were an option. I ordered 4 blind date with a book items. Each one was a MINI pamphlet of a book, a paper bookmark, one highlighter, and some tab markers. 3 included a piece of string and 2 included an artificial flower blossom. All wrapped up in gift wrapping tissue. All for $64.02. I went back to the site and searched the item to see if I misunderstood what I ordered but apparently “no item matched” my search. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
