Awful experience!
They sell illusions, deceive customers and even have the nerve to declare that what came out of their warehouse corresponds to what is reported on the website.
Despite photos demonstrating the horrible package received, they insist that it is not their fault and, they add, to send everything back to them so that they can send it to others.
Fakes, liars, scammers and profiteers, to be reported to the authorities.
The worst experience ever with a customer service that needs assistance.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I ordered blind date with a book bizartre, and I ordered horror book. I got a love story and the book is so small. I'm sorry but I didn't spend 30 dollars on a love story that yall sent me. I ordered a HORROR BOOK and yall sent a love story. I either want my money back or send me the correct book I ordered. Does anyone have a email or phone number I can call?

They are a scam they don’t sell books, just wrapping paper and when you say you will return for refund they tell you that you have to pay for return to China, so much for an “American company”

This is a sham company! Like many overseas companies, they steal real video ads from legitimate companies, but when you order the item, they send
cheap, less than 1-star quality crap products. Nothing even remotely resembling the items you were expecting. When contacted, they insisted I received the correct item, despite seeing photo evidence to the contrary. Also, they only sent 2 of the 3 crap products. They originally offered a $5 refund, then upped it to $8. My order was $52, how they think $5 or $8 is even remotely acceptable for a) receiving low-quality, craptastic cheap tchotchkes, and b) not even receiving my full order, is a mystery to me. DO NOT ORDER from them, however it will be nearly impossible to know that this is who you're ordering from. You will assume you are ordering a legitimate cool product from a reputable company, unfortunately you will receive junk.
TL:DR, probably best not to order anything from a social media ad.

I'd give a zero, but I can't! This place is a total ripoff and the total scam. I'm waiting on a package for a month and a half that was supposed to be here before Christmas. Said it was coming from overseas but when I received it the address was in Ohio. Not what I ordered. They charge me way more than what the original bill was. I don't know how that happened for sure. When I asked for a refund of the $81.96 they offered me $13. This place is an absolute joke. Any other time? I read reviews before I order anything. Why I didn't this time. I really don't know.

Absolute scam. I reported you to my credit card company.
I received two envelopes. No books. Took over a month.

I ordered 3 blind date with a book. These were intended as Christmas gifts and ordered in plenty of time. It took around 8 weeks for the order to finally arrive and, you guessed it, it was wrong! Zero books!! Not a single one! Only chintzy cellophane wrapping with even cheaper crap to diy my own books. I have emailed back and forth 9+ times with them only offering a maximum compensation on $16. This "company" is nothing but a scam and their "customer service team" is subpar (and that's being generous) DO NOT RECOMMEND

Same issue as everyone else! Got a ridiculous refund offer of $4 when I continued complaining they offered $6 and when I still continued complaining they offered $10 but "that was all they can do" so I said I was going to write a bad review where ever I could they all but told me I'm being a difficult customer. I have now passed over to PayPal in the hopes they can get me a refund. Their customer service is disgusting.

I ordered 3 "Blind Date with a Book". These were supposed to come wrapped in pretty packaging as a surprise & contain several specialty items (Bookmark, Pen, Stickers, Tabs, Highlighter). However, after 5 weeks I received a package & there were ZERO books. The only things in the package were 3 brown paper book covers, a few stickers, & 3 bookmarks. I have reached out 3 times to the company, they requested pics of what I received (I sent these to them still in packaging), they did not offer to make it right by sending me 3 books, but offered me $11.00 compensation. When I refused, after paying $65.00, they counter offered with $16.00. This company is obviously trying to rip people off. I filed a complaint with PayPal, waiting to hear back fron them as to whether I will get my money back....BEWARE!!!

If I could give less than 1 star rating, I would. My order took almost 6 weeks to receive, despite paying extra for expidited shipping. When it did arrive, the items were not as described. I ordered a holiday book, in a wrap with accessories. I received a 19 page pamphlet with cheapest quality highlighter, bookmark, and brown paper wrap. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I ordered a book from them for my daughter for Christmas. I never received the book and when I reached out to them, they said it was returned by my local post office. No such thing happened. I believe this is a scam!

For $30 plus additional shipping upon arrival, you can get a piece of string, a dollar tree highlighter, a few low quality stickers, and one pamphlet with a chapter of a book. I recieved the package 7 weeks after placing the order. WORST PURCHASE EVER. what a joke

I, too, fell for this scam on Instagram. I paid for 5-7 day shipping and finally received the pirated Nicholas Sparks 20 page pamphlet with cheap stickers, a highlighter, and a string. If you’re looking for a legit version of this, order from Etsy!

This website is a total scam. I ordered the Dark Romance Blind date with a book. From the advertisement I saw, You’re supposed to get a whole paperback book and some goodies. I got some poorly printed stickers, a cardboard bookmark, a highlighter, and some annotation tabs. The book itself was a single chapter of a Nicholas Sparks novel, poorly printed. All in all not worth the money I paid for it. Garbage.

Nachdem ich schon bezweifelt habe ob das Paket überhaupt ankommt, habe ich es nun heute erhalten. Es ist absolut lächerlich. Ich habe drei Buch Pakete bestellt und bekommen habe ich drei Prospekte mit jeweils ca 20 Seiten und den ersten beiden Kapiteln von irgendwelchen Büchern (die nicht mal der Kategorie angehören die ich bestellt habe). Bestellt hier bloß nicht!

Wish I could give a zero! My complaints are the same as everyone else, I will add that what I ordered was the mystery blind date book and got a Nicholas Sparks pamphlet, similar to everyone else. I did reach out to bizarte and they offered me $7 for my trouble. What a joke! Bottom line: Like everyone else, I didn’t get what I paid for. I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Really zero stars. I ordered 2 blind date with a book packages. I got a small sheet of stickers, a string a pen and a pirated partial pamphlet of an actual book. I paid shipping and had to pay postage to pick up the disgraces. My first order was "lost" and they "re sent" it took several weeks instead of the few days advertised and their tracking numbers couldn't be tracked. I'm emailing them but get nothing but excuses for their scam!

Horrible. Horrible customer service, horrible product. I wish I would have googled this company before I ordered. Nothing like what the advertised. TERRIBLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Scam. Ordered a "Blind Date with a Book" and I got a pamphlet of a Nickolas Sparks book, a paper book mark, a peach colored marker, a black string, and some laughing stickers. I was charged more than I thought because of "international charges". Nowhere on the website does it say it was shipping from Ireland. The customer service just gaslight as well. Do Not Buy!!!

Reading their refund policy, you have 30 days to get a refund. The "pamphlet" took over 6 weeks to arrive. When I inquired about returning the book (12 pages) I was told I would have to send it to China and the shipping cost would be huge. I will take the advice seen on the reviews and report this company to Facebook. Please note most date with a book post link back to this same scam site.
