Never received books. Kept getting told to be patient. False advertisement regarding shipping time and where shipping from. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: I obtained a refund by disputing the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered this "supposed" book from an ad on Instagram. As everyone else said, no book was sent. I received a 9 page photocopy of a book - who knows what book - with a piece of string and a marker. Didn't receive for 6 weeks, but I'm trying to get money back from the credit card company. NEVER BUY FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY bizarte BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM!!!

Took 6 weeks to get my date with a book packages, 4 for 65 dollars. It was a 30 page pamphlet and some stickers. Not even full size novel. This is something you can get at the dollar store. Extremely disappointed 😞 in the quality.

I don't think I would have received anything had I not complained..

No stars.......it took almost 2months to get to me and like everyone is saying just some stick it notes, pen and some papers that cant be even call a book...

Garbage. Instagram purchase for Christmas. Was sent a phony tracking. Umber, then another legit tracking. Two months later a crappy ass “pamphlet arrived”. Garbage.

My sister ordered, and just like everyone else, got nothing promised. And it took at least a month and a half. This is complete BS and I reported you guys on facebook, I hope they take it down. Nobody trust these people!

I fell for this scam as well. It looked so good on the Facebook ad but what I received was a far cry from what was presented. I contacted them for a refund and they offered me $5. Contacted again and they offered $7 refund once the item was returned. (Shipping costs on me of course) I told them I would let my credit card company settle this dispute.

Like everyone else, I fell for this scam. I bought two of the “blind date with a book” - one for myself and one for my best friend. Over $50 and over two months later, I received a sort of pamphlet of two Nicolas Sparks books. Mind you, I only ordered the “steamy romance” for my friend - the other was supposed to be horror for myself. I wish you all could have seen the look on my face when I finally got the package that I was so looking forward to getting. PLEASE do not make my mistake and fall for this, my friends. They don’t even deserve one star.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The "mystery" of the books is that they aren't even books. I ordered two, thinking to give one to my mom for her birthday, and I now have two pamphlets with a couple chapters of books in a genre I didn't want. I ordered mystery and thriller and I got Nicholas Sparks excerpts. I wouldn't be nearly as upset if I'd even received the full books, but it's just a couple chapters of each. Along with that, I received a highlighter, a piece of string, a sheet of stickers, some sticky tabs, and a bookmark, all of questionable quality.

I'm so unhappy. I try my best to support small businesses and these kind of results really make it difficult. I don't have money to throw away on garbage.

Please do NOT order from this company.

I got ripped off. Bought 3 of these so called books. Took 1.5 months to get here. And it is just a thin couple pages. I have been waiting and waiting cause I got it to give as a Christmas gift and just for it today Jan. 16th. Ordered it in Nov. It said it was coming from Ireland, but the return address is Ca.

My complaints are the same as all the rest so I won’t go into details. Bottom line is I didn’t get what I paid for. I urge everyone to initiate a chargeback through your bank card company, open a dispute through PayPal (if you used that method), and report Bizartre to Facebook.
Edit: Chargeback was approved by my bank and I received a full refund.

It took over 30 days to even recieve my order. Instead of receiving a book, I received a chapter and they would not honor a full refund like the site stated on their website. This is a scam.

I should have looked at the reviews. After waiting almost 2 months, I got the cheapest items I’ve ever seen. I ordered 2 different books and got 2 of the same Nicholas sparks pamphlets. I got a flower pot that I could have bought at the dollar store. What a rip off.

I also fell for this too on a Facebook just like everyone else there is no book, just a pamphlet with a 3 chapter photo copy of a nicholas sparks book (it's probably not even from that book), and a piece of string, a paper bookmark, fake flowers, and a laughing sticker page. Definitely not worth the money. I'll probably never get my money back either because they have a 30 day return policy and they conveniently shipped my package so it would arrive after the 30 days. Oh well, lesson learned.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don’t purchase anything from this website! They are scammers!!! You will not get anything close to what they advertise! I ordered 3 blind dates with a book packages for $19 each =$60 for my daughter for Christmas. I paid with Paypal. I placed the order in December 7, 2024. I never received legit shipping confirmations. When I did finally receive shipping information it said it was coming from Portugal then another from China. I tried to cancel the order Ana disputed this through PayPal and my claim was denied because they said the seller had given them shipping information. I received the package of “books”yesterday January 15, 2025. When I tell you the scan that this is, the so-called books were 10 color printed pages of books by Nicholas sparks that were not even books, cardboard cutout book marks, cheap high liters, a piece of string and an artificial flower petal. Now I’m out $60…I should have known better!! Let this be a lesson DONT GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY/WEBSITE. I should’ve read the reviews first but it was too late for me!!

Would give less but that's not an option. Check over 30 days to receive what they call to be a bestseller. The the pamphlet book that they sent was less than fifteen pages is not worth.The money is not worth the time.Will never, ever ever do business with this company again

DO NOT ORDER. Multiple problems. First, the order took almost exactly a month, I asked for romantic fantasy and got a Christian romance that isn't the real book. There isn't even pages numbers on the book or the chapters divided in the book. I got. It was a very thin book which is obviously not the original. My marker didn't work. It wasn't put together like they show. It certainly is a book I wanted, and you can tell it wasn't put together with care. I reached out and got no help when I inquired it took so long. Don't waste your money. Or money. Talk about false advertisement..

Complete waste of money. I paid for a BOOK and extras (Blind Date with a Book) and like everyone else, I got a 2-chapter pamplet of a Nicholas Sparks book. I should know better (and I do), but I fell for the scam anyhow. I should have realized it as soon as tracking said it was coming from Italy. Italy? More like China via Italy. So sad. PLEASE don't fall for this crap. ZERO STARS ANYONE???!!! I'd be happy to post a picture, if I could.
