Unfortunately, the product I received has serious issues that make it unsafe to use:
The jar arrived already open with no protective seal.
The product looks partially filled, not a full 250g as advertised.
Instead of the normal pleasant salon fragrance, it has a strong chemical odor.
Most concerning, when I opened the jar and left it on the table for about 10 minutes while preparing my hair, the fumes caused burning and irritation in my eyes, even without applying it.

This concentrated effect is normal for b-tox products and does not indicate that the product is unsuitable.

Postage was fairly quick via DHL
Postage was fairly quick via DHL, the was only an issue with it being held at customs because the invoice was allegedly undervalued so there was much back and forth with DHL for proof of receipt. But other than that once i received it it was well packaged, full bottles and authentic.
