The bottle came unsealed and sticky with product. The supplier didnt explain that the product is not suitable for coloured hair. I am professional, but I need to know about new product before using it and I did ask for as much description as possible. Never been mentioned about coloured hair! Today I had a client with freshly coloured hair and the product striped the colour and left patchy ginger roots! Waste of time and money. Really dissapointed. The seller refuse to fefund me for the product, only refunded for the other bottle I didnt use🤷♀️ Makes no sense to me.

Here I am to define some of the issues I had.
Firstly poor costumer service, I sent them messages and they replied me after days or not at all.
Secondly, I did ask if there was any product with formaldehyde in their list and they assure me with No! INSTEAD should be clear that they sell also FORMALDEHYDE.
Thirdly and more important of all, when I told them that during the application of one of their product I felt very bad, because of the Formaldehyde they didn't provide me with a refund or an exchange, they stick on the reason of sensibility.
I m very disappointed, I wish this feedback could be helpful for whom have Intention to buy from them.

2nd order and this time is perfect
2nd order and this time is perfect. Customer services outstanding.
We ordered twice from BKeratin, the first time it was absolutely fine then the 2nd order came but the product leaked and less than 1/4 was left. I reported this to the company who were great and sent me another one. It arrived safely this time.
I must say it could be due to the transit but dealing with a company with great services is a peace of mind.
The product it selfs works like magic, it restores the hair repairs and it gives a sleek finish.
Easy to use and there is no fumes or any toxic materials. Smells lovely and most importantly leaves the hair soft as silk and very shiny.
