Blackmoor is one of very few Nurseries in the UK offering gardeners the opportunity to buy fruit plants direct from our Nursery. Blackmoor Nurseries is part of Blackmoor Estate in Hampshire which has been run by the Selborne family for several generations. At Blackmoor we are very proud about our heritage and history, and we’re absolutely passionate about our fruit plants. We have been growing them at our Hampshire based estate for over 100 years. All of our staff have been trained to the highest level in both the growing and packing of our plants and we all strive to produce top quality fruit trees and soft fruit plants. All orders are subject to rigorous quality tests at every stage of growth, and throughout the processes of lifting to packing. Roots are soaked and covered before shipping which means that each plant reaches the customer in prime condition. Our customer service team are all Blackmoor Nursery people and are happy to provide expert advice either by phone or email. They are industry experts and are always happy to share their knowledge and tips about how to get the very best from growing fruit.

Excellent quality plants as ever. Safely packaged and delivered. We actively choose to get our fruit and vegetable plants from you - the asparagus crowns we had from you in the Spring have romped away and we have no doubt these soft fruit bushes and the damson tree will be equally successful.

My blueberry bush arrived 2 working days after ordering it and was much bigger and bushier than I expected; a very healthy specimen. Plenty of delivery notifications and it arrived within the 2 hour time-slot. Well packaged and in perfect condition. Good price too. I am delighted.

I ordered the tree in October
I ordered the tree in October 2025, and it was delivered very quickly. The tree came with a grafting certificate and was very securely packaged. There were a few yellowed leaves on it, and overall the tree looks healthy. I’m a very demanding customer, and this time I’m satisfied with the quality of delivery.
Update. 10.04.26 We have had a sunny spring. There were frosts during the flowering period, so as a precaution I covered the plants to prevent them from freezing. It is visible that the fruits have set, and all the branches are green. We are waiting for summer.

Great delivery experience
They arranged for my delivery to be delayed when I was going away so it would be delivered when I would come back from my holidays. Next day delivery was great. My fig tree was packed really well, it's been potted and I'm looking forward to some tasty fruit next year.
