Terrible after service!!!!.....called…

Terrible after service!!!!.....called them several times , no reply....emailed them 4 times before a short reply....emailed again , nothing!!!!
I've returned the faulty scales costing me £9.61.....scales were £17.99.....again no reply....!!!!!

Purchased a Blackmoor Jug Kettle and a…

Purchased a Blackmoor Jug Kettle and a Blackmoor 4 Slice Toaster. First off the kettle doesn't boil very fast and makes a racket while it is trying to boil. The Toaster is total rubbish and although not expensive I do expect it to do the job, I have to put the bread down twice!

So far so good

So far so good. Quick delivery and the pans seem high quality. Thick bases and sturdy feel. Only used a couple of times but impressed with the non stick performance.

Fab New Saucepans for our kitchen

Ordered some milk pans & an 18cm & 20cm saucepan. Lovely blue colour, super non stick & overall very nice to use.

Only suggestion would be, maybe a plastic handle on the saucepan to avoid them getting hot & burning yourself whilst cooking
