New glass lid is good quality.

Shocking service, no customer service at all, no replies to emails, no answer to the phone number any day or time, also shocking packaging, who sends out tea coffee and sugar canisters with NO bubble wrap so they were all clinking around in the box, luckily they were ok, would not recommend this company at all

Fast delivery and excellent product (pizza oven)

Received an order of bread bin, tea, coffee and sugar set. All lovely apart from dent in tea canister. I have phoned 5 times, no answer, sent 2 emails with photos attached, into week 2 and no response. Not ideal. Order number BM6123

Very pleased with my purchase the steamer is very well made.

I absolutely love my sauce pans....so easy to clean and use...and they look really expensive? Also order to delivery was quick and easy..l will be ordering more products. Really impressed.

Arrived very quickly, great tracking information all the way, product a stainless steel three-tier steamer, looks high quality - however, the packaging was terrible, such that carrying the heavy product, the lid fell on my foot!

This is a gift for my father, which I need to give him this coming Monday, for his birthday. It literally needs taping back together. The box was so old and worn looking, this looks like a packing, not a transit issue.

Very disappointed, as it will look so bad taped together.

Not sure if would buy again from this company. My dad would understand a taped together box, but another recipient might think it looked cheap and tacky to receive as a present.

I purchased two cast iron casserole dishes, I'm very pleased with the products, the speed of delivery and service were 1st class. If you want lightweight cookware then avoid cast iron.

Good quality pot for a decent price. Liked the fact that delivery was free too. Plus delivery time was great. All together a smooth purchase.
