Changing anything in your house can be really stressful and some times it doesn’t go quite to plan. Knowing you’ve got a company with suppliers who care as much about you and your house is really important but I think it’s rare. Blaydon Bathrooms is just that. The care and attention to my house, especially when it didn’t go to plan, has been just amazing. Customer service, care and attention to detail top notch.

Gorgeous showroom with lots of choice, really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff.

Firstly we would like to thank Nina @ BB, she is such a friendly and professional person. She looked after us all through the process.
The lads contracted to do the work were brilliant 👏. Very professional, hard working and so accommodating with anything we asked.
We would recommend Adam and the lads from AH Plumbing to anyone.

We are over the moon with our new bathroom.

Thanks again to Blaydon Bathroom for everything.

Anyone looking to get a new bathroom, don't look anywhere else.

Deciding on a new bathroom; who and what to choose can be daunting. After several quotes, we chose Blaydon Bathrooms.
From first meeting Jack in the showroom, Steph for design and Tommy’s team who created a beautiful bathroom, the process was seamless.
Any snags were dealt with immediately and all work was completed to a very high standard.
They may not be the cheapest but they will create a bathroom you will be proud of.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Blaydon Bathrooms.

The entire experience with Blaydon Bathrooms was wonderful.
From the first visit to the showroom and initial conversation with Jack, we felt reassured that there would be no hard sell.
He listened carefully to our requirements and then interpreted our tentative ideas. We were impressed by his vision and design ideas and crucially, we felt listened-to and involved at every stage.
Jack was extremely respectful and understanding throughout our frequent and lengthy deliberations!
Every member of the installation team worked with respect for us, our home and they all took pride in their work.
Each trade arrived on time and the job was completed within the expected time frame.

There have been a couple of minor snags but Jack ensured they were quickly resolved.
We have no hesitation in recommending Blaydon Bathrooms.
Thankyou Jack, Blaydon Bathrooms management and the installation team.
We are absolutely delighted with the final result!

We had a new bathroom installed in October 2025 by Blaydon Bathrooms , got to say what a first class service from day 1 in the showroom with Jodie who brought our ideas to life , to Tommy and Jay who completed the installation.
Meticulous installers , immaculately clean workers with excellent communication throughout.
The service from
Blaydon is second to none, my wife wanted to change tiles midway through install and immediately sorted by Jodie and the team.
Can’t praise this company enough and recommend 100%.
Thank you guys

Me and my wife have just had our bathroom completed and what a transformation it was. We originally had a small bathroom and decided to knock through into the spare room and make one large bathroom. The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing. From the first consultation with Jack to the end result it has all gone smoothly. Dan and Steve , the fitters never stopped and often worked long hours, taking away all the stress and worry have done a tremendous job to the highest standard . I cannot recommend Blaydon bathrooms highly enough. Jack kept us informed throughout the process and is a credit to the company

Me and my wife got our bathroom done by Blaydon Bathrooms and they were fantastic from start to finish and after! The service from Nina and Jamie was amazing nothing was ever too much trouble. Micky the tiler did an amazing job as well! I would absolutely recommend them. Thank you so much we are so happy with our new bathroom!

From my first visit at the showroom, the service was and has been excellent throughout the planning and presentation process to the actual final fitting stage.

My brief was ‘Boutique Hotel Bathroom’ .

The results have exceeded my expectations.
The attention to detail is amazing and my requirements were surpassed.

Many thanks to all involved including the installation team.

Excellent work 👏

Absolutely love our bathroom from Blaydon Bathrooms. From the initial enquiry, through measuring up, to meeting Nina at the showroom and her showing us the proposed plans to the actual fitting, we were kept informed and treated very well by a fantastic local company. We went into the whole process with little idea of what we wanted/needed and Blaydon Bathrooms have transformed our dated bathroom into something with a real wow factor. Shout out too to the fitters - Adam and his team from AH Plumbing - who worked like absolute trojans, were so respectful of our home and kept us in the loop at all times.

Anyone wanting a new bathroom Blaydon Bathrooms is the place to go excellent customer service from Nina
A big thankyou to the lads that completed the work thankyou excellent job very professional ❤️

Massive thanks to Blaydon Bathrooms for doing such an amazing job on our recent bathroom renovation.
We especially want to thank Jack for designing the layout and helping us make the best use of our space. His attention to detail was second to none at every stage, and he made some great suggestions for tiles and finishes. Nothing was ever a problem and Jack made sure that every last little detail was completed to perfection. He’s also one of the nicest, politest people you’ll ever meet.
Also huge thanks to Paul and his team for fitting the bathroom beautifully. He clearly takes great pride in his work and was one of the tidiest, most respectful workmen we’ve ever had in the house.
I would absolutely recommend this company. Their choice of bathrooms, design ideas, customer service and after-sales care really are exceptional. Thank you to everyone involved - you did us proud.

A friend used Blaydon bathroom's about a year ago. He said they were great with the installation of his new bathroom. So I give them a ring. "WOW"!!!! What i can say! They did the job on time, no hidden cost, kept me informed from day to day on the progress. Now the owner of a fantastic looking modern bathroom.
A big thank you to Nina, Jamie and his team. Great job. I would highly recommend this company.

Over the moon with our new bathroom. All done in a week and they have done an amazing job. Excellent customer service and they even bought me some wine and chocolate as a thank you.

The process on the whole a total joy !
Jodie our sales representative was so patient and considerate of us and listened well to understand our preferences . Thank you Jodie.
Survey was quick and efficient .
Design spot on .
Our fitters ..just the best pair . Dan and Steve from start to completion worked tirelessly like Trojans . Special mention to Dan who
completed second bathroom single handedly ( never complained and always so polite and takes immense pride in his work ) Any snags were quickly dealt with by Dan and options given to improve along the way .
Delighted with the outcome of our two bathrooms .
Stil 5* , my only hope is that as a company you dont put too heavy a demand on your excellent teams . Dan and Steve had to start their next job before fully completing ours and as a result Dan had to work very late evenings coming back to us off his full day elsewhere . Not his fault and he never complained and we accepted it as his workmanship is excellent but still does not seem fair .

Excellent workmanship and true professionalism from start to finish. The team Jodie & Dave really listened to my ideas and delivered with great attention to detail. They kept me updated throughout the process, ensuring everything was exactly as I wanted. I am delighted with my beautiful bathrooms and would highly recommend their services.

This is a first class bathroom supplier. We had many of their workmen into our home and they were all brilliant. From the initial design consultation with Kevin to installation. We were given great insight to the possibilities of what we could achieve in our home. They went over and above. I have had two bathrooms, cloak renovation and shed shower renovation carried out by this business. The standard is top class and customer service is amazing. All they care about are happy customers. I highly recommend them to anyone, a trustworthy business through and through. A big shout out to Gareth great fitter too!

Excellent 5 star service from walking through the showroom door. We got talking to jack very helpfull gentleman who showed us round the showroom an asked what kind of bathroom we were after .he gave us various options an drew us up some plans an photos of what bathroom would look like. We went back to showroom to see Jack again hes very helpfull an Nothing is any trouble to him an there was never any pressure to go ahead . We agreed to go ahead an it was 110% the right choice . All the tradesmen that came to the house were very polite an friendly .they always cleaned up an done an amazing job. Couldn't be happier with the finished job. Jack kept in touch throughout the whole job start to finish an came out to have a look of the finished job to make sure he was happy with it.

Excellent service from start to finish. From Jack designing the bathroom to Adam and Brian fitting it. Started on time and worked everyday to a clean and high standard. Would highly recommend Blaydon Bathrooms and the fitting team.
