The initial charm disappears when you ask for detail on your billing!!

They lured us in with cheap quotes… and then the bill came in at almost double the price after a couple of months.

This team REFUSED to provide monthly break down of the costs and then charged outlandish interest charges for the period we have been fighting for transparency.

Customer service is non existent.

The prices now charged for a 6-month period are now more than the annual cost being quoted by our new water firm.

Disgusting company! Not really a company to be fair. Immoral and obnoxious, Poundland extortion racket. Scottish Water need to be held to account also for allowing these scammers to adopt ‘gap’ sites. Received an email, after rightfully disputing several erroneous charges, asking for ‘same day payment’ and threatening legal action if disputed charges are not paid. Laughable amateurs - not a professional outlet at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolute scam of a company – avoid at all costs.

My account was randomly transferred over to Blue Business Water without any proper notice or agreement. From the moment they took over, they started overbilling and overcharging me.

Despite being told that late charges would not be applied, they went ahead and added them anyway. Customer service is completely atrocious – zero empathy, zero help, and zero willingness to resolve anything. They just keep trying to squeeze more money out of you.

I’ve already reported them to the relevant water regulation authority. I’ve been informed that the company is currently under review, particularly regarding the random allocation of “gap sites” to their portfolio.
This company operates with zero integrity and treats customers like an easy source of extra revenue. Do not trust them. If your account ends up with them, fight it immediately and report them.

Absolutely shocking company over charged my water bills when I request a meter read I was told "sorry this is not something we do just now" my meter read is 15 and they sent me a bill for a read of over 300 !!!

Never received any invoices just reminders and now I have recovery chargers and interest fees added to my account, thankfully managed to transfer out to Castle water!

Please avoid this company as they are one big scam!! And do not know what they are doing!

Blue water is an awful company to deal with. Lack of empathy,customer service is zero and charges are excessive. Stay well clear of this company. Like the other review,my business is also trying to leave for another supplier.

Blue business water from start to finish overcharged me there customer service is awful what a job I’m having trouble leaving them at the moment I’m having to pay 140% uplift from another company the hole experience has been a nightmare that I’m still trying to pay my way out of
