Great quality, fast delivery and excellent value.

No one answers the phone says no one available all day even during business hours. Connected them via instagram said their phones dont work and to leave my contact info and someone will be in touch within 48 hours no reply, chased them, no reply, it’s been weeks now and no contact and no support. Awful

From the purchase of the bike, to delivery was perfect. The bike is top quality looks very high quality.

This is my daughters 3 bobbin bike she has bobbed through the stages with these bike now to be able to ride without stabilisers great quality and even when she’s out grown the bike the bike is in so good condition as the quality just goes on and on so another child can enjoy these bikes

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars, I would. My 5-year-old daughter was sent a dangerous, faulty bike for Christmas (rust, buckled components, and short brake bolts). On December 23rd, Bobbin formally admitted the fault and promised a replacement. It is now nearly a month later, and I have nothing but a trail of documented lies.

The level of dishonesty from their support team is staggering:

The Courier Lie: They "guaranteed" dispatch last Friday. When I checked the tracking, the courier (APC) confirmed in writing: "The sender has booked this but NOT given us the goods."

The "Damage" Fabrication: When caught out, the company claimed the courier "damaged the box and returned it." This is a blatant lie; the courier tracking proves they never even touched the parcel.

Ghosting: They refuse to provide phone support, ignore formal legal ultimatums, and take 24-48 hours to send scripted, useless email excuses.

They have effectively ruined a 5-year-old’s Christmas and then spent a month gaslighting me while holding my money.

I have now initiated a Bank Chargeback and filed a formal report with Trading Standards (Citizens Advice). If you value your money and your sanity, stay far away from Bobbin Bikes. They are happy to take your cash but will abandon and lie to you the moment they send you a defective product.

UPDATE 23/01/2026: THE LIES CONTINUE – SECOND BIKE ARRIVED BROKEN & UNSAFE
After weeks of being told a replacement was on its way—and even being lied to about courier collections—a second bike finally arrived today. Bobbin specifically emailed me to say this bike had been "inspected to ensure no damage" before being sent. This was clearly a lie.
The "inspected" bike arrived with:
• Snapped reflectors loose in the box.
• Missing legal safety equipment (no rear reflector, which is a legal requirement at point of sale).
• Manufacturing defects (mudguard holes drilled off-center and missing hardware).
It is staggering that a company can fail this badly twice. They have sent two faulty, unsafe products for a child and have provided a month’s worth of documented misinformation.

UPDATE 26/01/2026: A RUINED CHRISTMAS AND APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Bobbin has now reached an all-time low. After over a month of arguing for a replacement for a defective bike, they finally sent one that they claimed was "fully inspected." This was a blatant lie.
The replacement arrived with missing assembly hardware, broken components, and manufacturing defects (misaligned drilling). This bike was a Christmas present from Father Christmas to my 5-year-old daughter, who has now been waiting over a month for a functional gift. Bobbin’s response? To label these issues as "minor and cosmetic" and offer a measly £25.
Note to anyone reading their public replies: Bobbin will likely respond here telling me to "contact customer services." Please be aware that I have been in constant contact with them for a month. The replies I am receiving from that department are dismissive, unhelpful, and show a total lack of accountability. Their public offer to "help" is purely for show; their private actions are the opposite.
I have rejected their insulting offer and informed them that I am taking this to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards. I have also initiated a full chargeback through my bank.
Avoid this company at all costs. They have zero quality control, they misrepresent their "inspections," and they have no qualms about ruining a child's milestone gift.

Customer service was excellent, the delivery was very fast and communication was great from both Bobbins bikes and the delivery company.

Very poor experience. I am extremely dissatisfied with communication and my overall experience from Bobbins Bikes. I telephone and they don’t answer. I email and they don’t respond. I am trying to return a child’s bike that arrived damaged and was sent another mudguard. I just want the bike to be collected and to obtain a full refund. I have lost confidence in the company and its customer service. Which is a shame as I bought a bike last year and was very satisfied.

Dispatched quickly and excellent quality product - easy to adjust to fit my head perfectly and feels very sturdy

Bike arrived, box crumpled , basket had mould on it. Company agreed to replace it, and responded to emails swiftly, but didn't feel compensation/discount was appropriate despite the condition the bike came in which i was unimpressed with.

Basket on bike went mouldy after less than 7 months kept in the garage. Bobbin refuse to replace the basket even though this is supposed to be an outside play thing. No care instructions for the basket on either their website or the bike manual to say this needs to be kept indoors which was acknowledged by Bobbin. Customer service not interested in your consumer rights. STAY CLEAR!!! Prompt scripted reply…

Delivered very quickly to the north of Scotland despite the recent snow and ice conditions.

Got the bike built by a local bike shop, I don't trust my bike building abilities and the ride home was very comfortable and everything I expected from other reviews and what the dealer promised.

Excellent value for money in my opinion.

My daughter loves her new bike! It’s beautifully made and very pretty.

The only problem, no fault of Bobbin, was that the delivery kept being delayed so didn’t arrive in time.

Great bike, perfect for our granddaughter. Well packaged and easy to assemble. The only micro niggle I have is that it would be nice to have assembly details pertinent to to the particular bike, not a generic one.

The cycles are pure quality; website easy to use and navigate with very quick delivery.

We bought this bike for our granddaughter for her 2nd birthday. What an amazing company!!! The bike was delivered very quickly and the quality of the bike itself is brilliant both in the design and the bike itself. She absolutely loved it!

Bought a balance bike for my 3 year old daughter as her main Christmas present. assembled it pumped tyres up to recommended PSI pressure.

Christmas morning comes, wheel the bike out for the reveal and the front tyre has gone flat.

No response until 6th January and the solution I was given was must be a puncture go buy a new inner tube..but we won't pay for the labour.

How does a brand new tyre out of the box have a puncture, was my response yet they ignored...probably because it was previously returned faulty one that they wouldn't care to admit.

Long story short, still waiting for them to collect and I imagine a painful wait and chase for a refund.

Update it’s now 20th of January and still awaiting them to reliably organise a collection. Which unsurprisingly is an absolute ordeal when you get one reply every other day
