Easy to put together bike ordered for my 3 year old Grandson

Terrible experience- do not order from this company.

We ordered a bike for our 4 year old daughter for Christmas. We contacted immediately and provided pictures of the damages. We’re were told the could not send a replacement as the warehouse was closed- yet they continued to advertise for pre Christmas delivery online.

Our 4 year old was left without her main Christmas gift which wasn’t ideal and were told they’d contact us on the 5th January to arrange collection of the bike and a replacement. I have send serval emails, all of which have had no reply…
It is now the 12th January and our little girl still cannot use a product we paid for almost 30 days ago.

AVOID. Sent wrong item and no support in terms of refund or return. I'm glad it was only a helmet as if I spent more I would be really annoyed that there return policy is so slow and non existent. Much better companies out there to buy from who you can return to much easier.

Very disappointed with this company, and is using a London number to scam. You call it ans it’s a generated man saying office closed even on opening times! I received my bike, taking 3+ hours to build, with parts chipped, rusted and cracked with the seat being ripped.

You complete the form online and get a reply back but as soon as you give move information they ghost you. I have been battling getting any support for over 3 weeks. With emails, calls and instagram with no one answering.

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone as these are expensive bikes!

I have been calling the number on their website, despite calling during their opening hours it says their office is closed. I sent 2 emails asking where my order was since I ordered 13 days ago and I didn’t receive a shipping notification but they didnt respond. My order is number 329157395

This Bike took me 3 hours to put together. The instructions are not great and nothing on YouTube to help you either. Doesn't come with a kick stand and the chain guard was cracked. Apart from this my daughter does love the bike albeit heavy for her to try and balance peddle on.

Fantastic bike, solid and robust. Would be 5 stars but the seat was slightly damaged on delivery.

Dreadful experience. Ordered a new helmet for my son but the tracking wasn't showing progress. The courier denied receiving the shipment and Bobbin were slow to respond. Despite the item still appearing for sale in website (albeit with 'low stock'), they couldn't be bothered to save one for me so now they just say the item is out of stock. Nearly three weeks later, the prices have shot up so Bobbin don't seem interested in supplying my order so just want to refund and tell me to watch the website. I've told them I'm happy to wait but they must be keen for me to pay 20% more.

Really disappointed, I ordered and paid for a Christmas present from Bobbins. They emailed 2 days before Christmas to say the items I'd paid for were now out of stock and they could replace with an item that was no listed £20 cheaper on the website but it wouldn't arrive until the new year and they'd only issue a £5 discount. This was an expensive gift that I now need to replace two days before Christmas and won't be refunded fully until January.

After being let down by another bike company failing to deliver before Christmas, I placed a last-minute order with Bobbin Bicycles on the 18th December, before their deadline for delivery before Christmas. The bike was due to be delivered the 22nd.

Got confirmation the couriers were expecting the delivery the following day. Bobbin emailed me on the 21st to send me a guide to set up the bike.

The 22nd went past with no update from either Bobbin or the couriers. After still receiving no updates, I emailed Bobbin on the 23rd. Only at that point, did they reveal the bike wasn't actually in stock, and offered me a different bike, for delivery in the new year. Obviously declined that as that's no help at all. Now left waiting up to 14 days for a refund.

Unbelievable that in the run up to Christmas, ordering a kids bike for delivery before Christmas, that I had to chase by email before being told that the product I ordered was not in stock. Way to ruin a child's Christmas.

I would not order anything from Bobbin Bicycles if it was the last bike company on earth.

I ordered a bike from Bobbin Bikes on 23rd November for my daughter as a Christmas present. I was told it had been delivered on 1st December, but later found out this was not true — there was a problem in transit and the bike never actually arrived. I have sent multiple emails and repeatedly been reassured the bike had been delivered, only to find out later that wasn’t the case. Despite being promised updates and a resolution, I’m now still waiting on 22nd December, with no bike, no clear delivery information, and no honest communication.

I chose Bobbin Bikes thinking they were reputable, but I’ve been repeatedly misled, given incorrect information, and left feeling completely ignored. This has pretty much ruined Christmas for us as the bike was meant to be a special gift.

If you need a bike by a specific date, do not order from here. Their delivery and customer service cannot be trusted.

Beautiful girls bike. Very good quality for a good price. Very easy to order and delivered quickly.

Ordered two bikes for our grandchildren for Christmas presents (Gingersnap 16” and Moonbug 12”)

Quality of built is superb ….. courier damage to box meant some damage to mudguards but customer services replied immediately and have arranged for replacements to be sent.

Very pleased with these purchases I know our grandchildren will love their new bikes.

I had an issue with my bike upon delivery where it was scratched and dented (Not Bobbins fault). As this was a gift for a first bike, we wanted to make sure everything was safe but the issue was resolved so quickly!, all of the staff I spoke to were exceptionally friendly and I couldn't have had a better customer experience. They collected my bike within a days notice and sent one out for Next day delivery.

I cant wait to give the gift for Christmas, it looks incredible!
