First of all, the bobblehead was amazing! Got it as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend. It looked just like him! Price was well worth what was delivered. I was sent updates with pictures and asked if I approved of the model during each step. The hair color I chose didn't match with the picture I provided due to the lighting in the picture. I was sent an email questioning this discrepancy to make sure I had chosen the correct color since they wanted to make sure everything matched, looked like him, and that I was happy with the results. I had one thing I asked to be adjusted along the way and they were quick to make the change and match my expectations. The communication was great, they were friendly and ready to make it just right, and the process was pretty quick. I was made to feel important and that they really cared about and had pride it their product. I couldn't have asked for a more seamless and hassle free experience!

If you are seeking quick delivery, don't make assumptions that the extra payment for "quicker production" means it will arrive quickly. I ordered 5 bobbleheads over Thanksgiving, paid for expedited production and 9 days after it "was shipped" I am still waiting for it to clear customs in Beijing.
