Got great Service from Simon. He was very honest and helpful about what needed to be done and got the job done quickly.

Boiler Doctor are amazing! I'd just arrived to an airbnb on a bank holiday, and the place was absolutely freezing. The owner called Boiler Doctor and within an hour they'd talked me through how to reset the boiler and get the radiators back running.

When dealing with boiler doctor, they were professional and courteous throughout. After inital boiler repair, there was another minor issue which they returned to address. Final price as per agreed quote. Will certainly use again.

Simon and his team came to our rescue over the weekend when the Beast from the East hit. Our boiler conked out and a new one was needed and installed on the Monday, unfortunately the boiler size was a little too big but Simon did not allow this to phase him, instead he recognised the error and upgraded our boiler with one that did fit. He also came round after the second fitting at 21.00 at night to ensure the fit and finish was top notch. 4 days later, has

Simon was a true professional. Late on a Friday night he went out of his way to fix our boiler. It was during storm Emma and the coldest week in London in 10 years. Couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic! Simon came out at short notice when I desperately needed a repair. He was extremely good at diagnosing the problem, very efficient at being able to come out the next day to replace my boiler, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed quickly, safely and making no mess. He was also very friendly and full of good advice to keep things running smoothly.

Fairly happy with the service. A full repair wasn’t carried out in this occasion but I had a very quick response while anyone else (including British Gas) turned down my calls. Simon was very quick in assessing the issue and providing me with a quote. Professional and polite.
