Really good knowledge of heating systems.
We had our boiler serviced recently by them, and then asked Simon to come back and install Heating Nest system which we can now control our heating and hot water from a mobile app. Brilliant service would highly recommend.

This is the second time we have had the boiler doctor round and it’s the second time he’s done a fantastic job, different engineer but just as polite an knowledgable as the first, highly recommended.

Brilliant boiler engineer for novice!
Simon was brilliant! Was very open when i called him out of the blue late in the evening and was able to come over within the hour. Reviewed everything professionally and gave great inputs on things to watch out for. Also, sent a detailed report post examination. Would highly recommend Simon!

Very Efficient Service
Simon came and fixed a longstanding problem with my cylinder and the wiring that linked it to the boiler. He made two visits - was on time and courteous and stuck to the price he quoted me. He had to make two visits and did not charge me for the first callout despite the fact that he had to take some time in identifying the problem. Really good service.
