I ordered a heat shield for a wood beam placed above a burner. The product is top-quality, very well made and the communication by Max was very clear on delivery date. Highly recommended.

Required a spare piece of glass for my Contura stove. Bonfire sourced the item from the manufacturers in Sweden with little fuss. Took a little while to get the item, but this was due to the manufacturer rather than Bonfire.

Our plaster beams are high quality, handcrafted products that require specialist handling during transport. The need for bespoke delivery reflects the fragility of the material in transport, not the workmanship.
Because delivery costs are calculated based on distance, we often recommend that customers outside our area consider visiting a local fireplace shop.
From experience, we have to use a dedicated fragile goods courier to ensure safe arrival which is something standard couriers cannot guarantee. We don’t add any margin to these charges, and we remain transparent about them at checkout.
Most suppliers offer collection only for this type of product due to the fragile nature of it, but we provide a delivery option for flexibility and convenience.
Our priority is always that every beam arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Laura was extremely helpful providing information on the outdoor fire that we bought and processing the order. Bonfire also exceeded our expectations for delivery as we were looking to have it for a family event, Laura going out of her way to make sure it was delivered before that.
