So I ordered some Marble Pasta bowls, and paid for next day delivery, 5 days went by nothing not even a thankyou for your order, then I emailed them and still no reply, but I recieved a refund which i didnt not ask for, This company should shut down absolutely awful customer service, they dont seem to care one bit!

Ordered some lovely drinking glasses. Arrived promptly, well packaged. Would definitely order from here again 👍

The price marking is unreliable. Don't even mention the price after tax and like showing it's cheap, but it is a pure scam for new customers looking to shop at a clear and cheap price, and the customer service is horrible. Their "helping'' email is completely useless, and I still haven't got any response, btw. And the most IMPORTANT is the unfair parking ticket. I was shopping and waited in the queue for a long time and I received more than a HUNDRED pound parking ticket. It is an unrealistic and horrible experience in this shop. I will never come back.

Brilliant I highly recommend this company. Excellent products good value

I ordered an item from this company in early February, it arrived damaged .
I sent photographs of damage to company and called them and was told they would send replacement parts .
I heard and received nothing, after waiting 2weeks I asked for a refund and was sent a return label .. item was tracked and received back at bonnypack on 10th March .. I still have not received my refund now 9 days later .
I’ve e mailed and been told they are behind with refunds .. so out of pocket now for over 6 weeks .
Do not use this company !!!

This Company has some great glass chopping boards, well made fantastic price. delivery is second to none easy site to use. I ordered 3 chopping boards and will buy more as soon as the others I want come back into stock

As a regular customer for home items and an Early Learning & Childcare Centre I just love the range offered at Bonnypack.
Staff are so helpful and knowledgeable about products always offering a smile and warm welcome.

I’ve been a regular customer for over 20yrs and hadn’t noticed the new car park restrictions - 90mins free parking and a registration hub in the shop.
I was gutted to receive a parking fine for being a few minutes beyond the allocated time, so I contacted Bonnypack direct.
They were completely understanding and after a couple emails back and forth, removed the fine💗!

Purchased several ceramic William Morris products which came in the original boxes. The products were brand new, sold at a good price, packed and delivered with care. First order from Bonnypack - would purchase form this company again and highly reccomend.

Ordered 3 chunky wooden candle stick holders, under £5 each, delivery was very quick. I am thrilled with my items, they have exceeded my expectations. They are all different shapes, which I love, they are light and chunky, I can’t wait to display these in my home. I would highly recommend

Very impressed by this company’s attention to customer service!
Within 30 minutes of ordering a console table online they phoned to re-confirm my address and a delivery date. When it arrived (very securely packed and on a pallet) the packet of bolts for assembly were missing.
I telephoned to report the problem and within minutes received a call back promising a pack of bolts would be with me within 2 days, and in fact they arrived in less than 24 hours!
We are delighted with the table and will definitely shop with Bonnypack Scotland again! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service! My delivery was damaged in transit so I had to return and await a replacement as my items were out of stock, I received one then the other two at a later date but they are perfect, there was also a little gift inside which was lovely! Faultless. I ordered a number of glasses from Bonnypack. I hadn’t heard of the company before, but decided to give them a try given their prices were so reasonable. The glasses arrived very quickly and really well packaged. Out of the many glasses I ordered, one had a small chip. I contacted Bonnypack and they sent a replacement out straight away. I cannot fault them. Would definitely buy from again.
