Order placed 31st Oct online. Order "delivered" to "by the bin" by useless delivery company on 3rd Nov. Reported to bonnypack on 4th Nov as no package could be found by the bin. No response at all to that email until I sent a further email 13th Nov & phoned them. Was assured on the phone by a seemingly helpful man that they would have it resolved ASAP and that given that the delivery note from DHL that I had provided did confirm they left it in an unsafe place by the bin he expected they could have replacements out to me that could be received hopefully by as soon as the Wednesday 22nd Nov. Since then, no update on any resolution and my further emails asking for any update has been met by nothing other than the email customer service team declining to give me any firm timeframe for a resolution whatsoever and telling me to be patient.

*Edit in response to reply* it's entirely your own fault that you ignored my original email reporting the issue and I had to chase by phone to get any response. Also entirely your own fault that the person ont he phone set expectations for a prompt resolution by indicating you could have replacements to me hopefully as soon as a specific date. Then leading to frustration when your online email team had a completely different attitude of asking me to wait indefinitely. The delivery issue itself is not your fault but the way you handled it was garbage. Do better.

Really pleased with the service, very impressed with the quality too.

First time customer it’s a very hard company to send something back too. Wouldn’t order from them again. there response is in december when ordered in october so can no longer return. postage wasnt free to send back so would of cost me 8 pounds for a 14 item. also they tried telling trusted pilot i never ordered from them so was a fake review.

I ordered a couple of bath sheets which had caught my eye as they had a slight sparkle on the trim, the price was amazing but I was a bit worried about the quality of the items. They arrived very quickly and the quality is excellent, soft and fluffy. I would use this company again.

I accidently stumbled across this website while looking for something online, and I am delighted that I did, not only did they have what I needed, it was at a remarkable price. I ordered a mermaid kids moon chair, my grandaughter loves it.It was so cute and exactly as in picture,nice and soft cover, so much value for your money ,i would definatly recommend bonnypack and will be shopping for more items myself in the future My order was delivered on time, in a few days.

I bought a range of Le Bain bathroom accessories from Bonnypack and I am highly delighted with them. They are great quality, very competitive prices, super prompt delivery and were packaged robustly and perfectly, so all the items were therefore protected during transit. Well done! Beware, I order some kitchen items, which arrived damage, and not the correct colour, so then sent me a return label to send them back, they recieved them the 7th August and I am still waiting for my refund. Not happy.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Looked on line to order chairs (Sunday) however showing low stock . Phoned to ask about these and the person called me on Monday morning with the additional number of chairs needed. The chairs were delivered 1 hour later !!! Outstanding service. Thank you

We always shop at bonnypack however when we went last Sunday we didn't know you changed your parking policy and today I received a fine saying we where there for 2 hours now considering we where 20 min in a queue to be served and me being disabled it takes time to get round your cash and carry having spent over £400 between me n my brother in law having been shopping there for over 20 years we won't be back .a very disappointed customer

I ordered 2 small biscuit trays and a teabag holder. They are exactly what I wanted. They are sturdy, the pattern's lovely and used teabag holder is so cute. Above all, the items are exceptually good value for money and quick delivery too
