Lip Sync Let Down - resolved and amended
I originally left the following review for an experience booked for my Daughters Hen, December 2022. The account of the event stands. The company were very poorly represented by the host, which they have assured me will be acted upon.
However, I can not fault the team and Hen and Stag or Fizzbox for the way in which they have addressed the issues I raised.
They completed a thorough investigation in a very timely manner and got replies over to me quickly. Resolved the matter and even sent our lovely hen (now a Mrs) a bottle of wine and flowers!!
Due to the poor host, one star has been deducted, but it's to their credit they proved how customer service should be handled and addressed.
Thanks to the team at Hen and Stag and Fizzbox.
ORIGINAL REVIEW
We arrived at the venue for a Drag Race Lip Sync Battle, no real greeting was made by our host, no personality or enthusiasm to get us involved. Sadly, two of our party had got lost and did arrive half an hour late. Not the hosts fault and fully accept this shortened our activity. However, she started to teach a dance. No idea what this had to do with a lip sync battle but in any event, she very quickly gave up, stood to the side and our party consisted of music we chose played through a boom box, something we could have done anywhere for less money or no payment at all. There was no interaction between her and us, so we were pretty much entertaining ourselves. When she packed up, there was no sense of we had participated in an event.

Fizzbox is a listing site and booking platform connecting experience providers with customers, we do not provide the experience or arrange itineraries, this is the provider's responsibility.
I have checked our inbox and cannot see any emails from you to Fizzbox directly but I can see that you have been in touch with the experience provider via the platform and they've responded to let you know your complaint is being investigated. They should come back to you within 48 hours. I have also been in touch with the experience provider to request that they look into this and come back to you ASAP.

We had an excellent time at the life drawing as part of a hen do! The instructor was very helpful and it was great doing short activities so we all created great pictures regardless of artistic ability. It was good fun and we would all recommend!

An absolute treat not to be missed
An absolute treat not to be missed. Get on board this red, old fashioned double decker bus for a wonderful experience. This was booked as one of our friend’s 60th Birthday treats. Booking was so easy. I made a few requests (which were all honoured) & all correspondence was extremely prompt. The food on board (a savoury muffin, various sandwiches and cakes) were all absolutely delicious. Our hot drink of choice was given in such a cute cup (which we were even allowed to keep). We were treated to some fizz along the way too as we enjoyed the main sights of London on our tour. Our hosts throughout, Cameron & Thalia, were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this experience- you will not be disappointed and it’ll be smiles all round 😁

Shocking
Shocking. Booked for a 30th birthday party. Paid £500 and the event was cancelled 5 days prior. Can’t ring up because they have cancelled calls due to short staff. So they have taken everyone’s money and haven’t sent anything back and so we can’t rearrange anything else for this girls birthday! Absolutely disgusting

Great night enjoyed by us all (9 in party). Cocktail making was so much fun and the bar staff were very patient and up for a laugh. Venue was great had fab band on, food was excellent. Couldn’t fault the night, great value for money.

Fantastic experience
A hen party of 20 attended the dirty dancing dance class. A great time was had by all, a great service was provided from the point of making the enquiry right through to the end of the class. Would definitely use Fizzbox again.

Amazing it was
The Jedi training at fizz box was really good. My group really enjoyed it. They said that it was something unique to do for a stag do. I had a very happy groom to be who is getting married next weekend. The trainer was really good, took on whatever banter and silliness we threw at him. My group had a good time and really enjoyed it and said that they were glad they came to celebrate.
