I really loved the constant support.It was such an easy and beautiful experience.Plus I loved how I could design my own book.

i feel like a loser for trusting them with my experience despite reading so many one star reviews before I signed up for them.
This is my second review in two months.
First was when my book had gone live on amazon.
I paid 12000 for their bestselling publishing package for a seamless experience of publishing my book however, they failed and I feel my money paid has been a bad debt.
in over two months, I have not received my author copies and E.D. award as assured by the publishing agent. On one of the rare occasions when they actually responded to my email , the agent told me to deal with the courier service myself.
I am not the one who booked the courier nor I am the sender. If the sender does not have direct control on the courier service, you can only imagine how much control the receiver would have.
what is the point of paying so much money if in the end the services provided are not even average?
there is no way to reach them. no calls, barely any response to emails.

I am thankful for bookleafpublishing for publishing my first book .It was amazing to be a part of this 21 writing challenge.I enjoyed everything how they make me motivated to write on those 21 days.It help me to write something even it was not worth it.But I still try to write something daily.The promotion work was also nice .

I had given my submission and amount in Feb 2025. After submission every communication channel with them went silent. They stopped responding. I had to bombard them with emails, Instagram messages to get a response. Finally they published my book but it is not searchable on Amazon, only the link works which they send. My book was Rs 180 and delivery charges on Amazon is Rs 80.
They give you gift card of 180rs to get authors copy.
Bottom line, if people cannot even search for your book on Amazon how will they buy it?

Ive got my book published for relatively cheap, and the quality of the actual book is pretty decent.

The experience was great. I was able to make my dream turn into reality. Thank you so much for being a platform that gives a start to newbies.

I got my first book 'soft kisses for your soul' published through Bookleaf publishing. It was a very smooth experience. They had always helped me when ever I needed support. My book was published within twelve days of submission. I hope to publish more books in future in collaboration with Bookleaf publications.

I think the website and services are very good and fine and simple and in other things may be they need to improve some of the website to look more advanced

I am a published author now :). I got the publication email this morning, and the feeling is still sinking in. Years of being skeptical, unable to push oneself, doubts, in & out of writer's block and so much more. This is just the beginning and I am now more confident than earlier to have voice heard.

Just one feedback - please expedite the consumer support system, because when our genuine queries go unanswered for days - anxiety builds.

My book just went live today on Amazon and up until now, the process has been pretty easy. The team has also been pretty responsive to my queries. However, I will share my full review once I get to experience what the post publishing is like.

UPDATE:
Bringing down my review from 3 stars to 1 star. I would rate it lower if possible. This is nothing but a BIG SCAM. First of all, their customer support is the biggest red flag. They are only available via tickets on their website or a Whatsapp number that only receives messages and no calls and that is a BIG RED FLAG. They lure you in with big promises and like a fool I opted for their Bestseller package. The minute your book is published they disappear into thin air. Except for listing my book on Amazon, none of the other things promised as part of the package has been delivered. The package is supposed to make my book available worldwide, get listed on Amazon Prime, be available on Flipkart, etc. This hasnt happened either. There is absolutely no clarity on the book pricing. There is a delivery fee added but the book was supposed to be listed on Prime. They havent resolved any of my tickets, no response to any emails or whatsapp messages. This is nothing but a big SCAM. If all they were going to do was print my book, get an ISBN and upload it on Amazon, I could have gotten that done myself instead of paying 11,999 + 2,000 (entry fee). I am now going to try and get a refund. They play with the emotions and works of budding authors which is a pathetic thing to do. Please stay away from this company. I deeply regret choosing them.

The publication was smooth and seamless, and the user interface is convenient. BookLeaf Publishing offers an incredible platform for budding or newbie authors.

To Be honest I was bit skeptical when I started the 21 day writing challenge but still went for it and I am so glad I did because it really changed my life. I still cannot believe I am a published author now and it's all because of bookleaf. Thank you so much. Everything is super straightforward and we don't have to worry at all. The whole process is a cakewalk and I am grateful for the team at bookleaf. I highly recommend this challenge to anyone who is starting of as an author

Warning to Fellow Authors: Deceptive Practices by This Publisher - scamsters!!

I feel compelled to warn fellow authors about my deeply disappointing and frustrating experience with this publishing service. What initially appears to be a professional and courteous team is, in reality, a well-oiled operation that dodges accountability and misleads authors who trust them with their work.

I purchased a package that included global distribution for my book. While it was listed on Amazon.com, it has continuously shown as “Out of Stock” for the past five months. Despite repeated follow-ups, the team simply shifts the blame to Amazon and refuses to take any responsibility or offer a meaningful resolution.

The second—and more disturbing—issue is the lack of transparency around book sales. I have repeatedly requested a sales report, only to be told that it is “under revamp.” After five months, that excuse no longer holds water. They claimed only 11 copies were sold, yet I personally know over 50 individuals who received signed copies directly from me after purchasing them. It is increasingly clear that they have no intention of sharing accurate sales data or paying authors their rightful earnings.

This kind of unethical behavior is unacceptable. Authors pour their hearts and souls into their work, only to be exploited by services like this. Such practices deserve to be called out and penalized.

If you are an aspiring author considering this publisher—proceed with extreme caution. Transparency and integrity are non-negotiable, and this experience has shown a clear lack of both.

I had a smooth and easy experience publishing with BookLeaf Publishing. The process was straightforward and beginner-friendly, making it a great platform for aspiring authors who want to see their work in print. The team was supportive throughout, and I appreciated how simple the overall journey was.

That said, the online module could benefit from some technical improvements—With some upgrades there, the experience would be even better.

Overall, I'm happy with the result and would recommend it to anyone starting their writing journey.
