Quality was great but the delivery was delayed, without explanation or compensation. It was supposed to be a present but it did not arrive on time.

Not what was ordered
An absolute nightmare. I ordered the “Little Prints” for my wedding. I wanted a photo in each box as gifts. I rang customer service before placing my order and asked them to confirm that I will receive the photo in individual boxes and the customer service rep said yes.
I received the order today and it is 47 photographs in one box!! My wedding is in TWO DAYS. Beyond stressed and disappointed now that I have to run out and find 47 tiny boxes or frames before my wedding!

Amazing Quality
I don't usually write reviews, but I have to say that the Custom Phone Case I ordered was of really good quality and am really pleased with the purchase. It came out like I wanted with good print and the material and quality of the phone case overall is very good.

Boots Photo service is first class.
I have ordered several items from Boots Photo and I have never been disappointed with the end result. As long as the image I upload is of a sufficiently high standard, I know that I won't have to worry about the quality of the final product.
