Quality was great but the delivery was delayed, without explanation or compensation. It was supposed to be a present but it did not arrive on time.

I ordered a poster for my 21st birthday…
I ordered a poster for my 21st birthday due 2-4th of Feb then on the 3rd they changed the date to the 9-11th which is past my birthday and they are refusing to give me a refund until I receive the order and pay to send it back also no Irish contact number the online chat the girl hung up the chat I was told the manager would contact me yesterday never did and now I’m stuck in a loop waiting

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimated and, while we do our best to meet them, we’re unable to guarantee delivery dates. We do understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly given the importance of the occasion.
Ordinarily, if a product is no longer wanted, it would need to be returned in order for a refund to be processed. However, on this occasion, we can see that a full refund was processed as the order was not collected from the store.
We also apologise for the lack of communication you experienced when trying to contact us. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams so this can be reviewed.

Ordered a memory book for a special…
Ordered a memory book for a special event and it did not arrive on time . Zero status update given to the customer. These aren’t cheap and I ordered it under the preface it would arrive on time . Bitterly disappointed! Go elsewhere !!

The quality of some of the photos…
The quality of some of the photos wasn't great. Also some of the photos weren't in frame which was disappointing as I went through each one to make sure they were perfect.

I can see that the order was placed on 23.12.2025, and after looking into this, I can confirm it was delivered at 07:55 on 16 January 2026, which was two days outside of the expected turnaround time.
