I had the pleasure of having The Borthwick Group carry out wall insulation work at my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. A big shoutout to Chris, Eddie, and Kev, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work.

Every day, they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left, which really impressed me. It’s rare to come across a team that not only does a top-quality job but also respects your home throughout the process.

Highly recommend The Borthwick Group and especially Chris, Eddie, and Kev – a brilliant team all round!

From my experience of bordwick group. The group of lads did a great job of the insulation work. Very friendly workers and professional in there approach to completing the work to a very high standard. Would recommend them to anyone 10 out 10 for sure. They cleaned up after the work was done you couldn't ask for better workers

The whole team was professional, friendly and polite. 3 things I always look for in anyone working on the property.
The process was completed quicker than I expected and the lads did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Call staff were fantastic. Surveyor excellent and then the 3 men that came to do the work were truly great. I had cavity wall insulation installed.The chaps arrived before 8 am and worked continuously through till gone 3pm in over 35 degree heat! They worked like trogans but were always courteous and always had permanent smiles on their faces they were an absolute credit to the business. I didn't get any of their names except Zack. He was a darling! They cleaned up after really thoroughly afterwards and made the whole experience feel easy.

Borthwick Group was contracted through Octopus Energy to do a survey on my property in July 2024, through the Great British Insulation Scheme. Its since been a year, yet I haven't heard anything from them. Tried to reach out through email; radio silence. Rang twice to inquire, and the operator on the phone immediately slams the phone the moment I mention the GBIS. Incredibly unprofessional and alarming behaviour.

I've responded again to the company sending an email to their complaints team, and unsurprisingly, I've not had a response. Its been two months.

Having spoken to the company its now been explained why they couldn't help me.Disappointed but understood the reasons.

Borthwick's came out to my mams to do a repair from last week, looks amazing what they have done, mam is well pleased, well done everyone 👏

Ben and Ash have just been to sort out a leak from my bathroom. Not only did they sort it out quickly and efficiently they also straightened out my guttering pipe. Very nice lads and very happy customer.

The installers arrived at the agreed time removed the old insulation and installed the new very hard working group of men who kept me informed of what they were doing at each stage left my property clean and tidy before they left I could not fault their work. Now looking forward to reaping the benefits of having a warmer house.

From first hearing from borthwick group it’s been nothing but a pleasure, the lads came today to install loft insulation and replace cavity wall insulation, as I was at work and only hearing from the mrs the lads turned up at 8am prompt and were finished for 1:30, very happy with the work. Being a bricklayer myself I can see a decent job. Tidy, efficient and polite so all round great job!

Borthwick Group informed that I qualify for the GBIS scheme. All the ladies I spoke on the phone were very friendly, informative and helpful. After booking an appointment, the gentlemen shoewed up, removed the old insulation and pumped the new one in. Cleaned after themselves and also did a great job filling the wholes that drilled to replace the insulation. You only noticed it if you where to look. Great job, ty a lot!

Borthwick provided me with wall and loft insulation. They also installed a new boiler. Everyone concerned provided a top rate service and completed all tasks swiftly and to the highest standards. I am sure we have all experienced work men who do not turn up when expected and do not provide a good service. I therefore thoroughly recommend Borthwick for a hassle free and professional service.

From start to finish they kept me informed of what was going to be happening.
The group of lads that came was professional friendly and cleaned up after themselves when job was finished .
Happy with the work done would recommend this company .

Just had wall insulation done by a cracking set of lads who were professional, very polite and friendly from the office staff, surveyor to the install team, can’t fault any of them a credit to your company

I had the cavity wall/loft insulation done plus a new boiler. Both teams of lads was fantastic, chatty but very professional and pleasure to have then in my house. Clean up after them which was a bonus. Should be proud to have them working for yous.

I had cavity wall and loft insulation in 2023 and on selling my property the buyers solicitor wanted building reg certificates which I didn’t have, however, I contacted Bothwick and I have dealt with Jessica Walker and she was amazing and sorted what I needed, can not fault the customer service from the beginning and even now when they didn’t really need to help me.

Excellent throughout. After being let down by other companies multiple times I applied via facebook and I cannot fault the service and experience enough. Very quick response from initial enquiry and excellent service throughout. This company definitely deserves a 5 star rating 👍
