Quality boots at fantastic prices
Quality boots at fantastic prices. Made extremely well. Look like leather and the styles are a la mode. Great value, lookalike brand. The fit is accurate and all at a fraction of the cost of other brands. I’ve bought several pairs of boots from here and will keep purchasing from the boutique store! 👍

We have just seen your 1 star review that you left us last night. As a brand, we cannot always please everyone, but we will always try our best.
Having looked over the dialogue between yourself and us, I am wondering why we are at fault. Stating we have fobbed you off 3 times is simply not true.
You first messaged us :
Monday @ 4:14pm & 10:52pm - stating you wanted a return
We replied Tuesday @ 12:32pm, 1:02pm & 4:45pm with replies to your messages.
You wanted to return, we supplied you with our Returns Portal link. The link basically asks you to input your order number and email address, then choose what items you want to return and why. You will then get an approval email, along with a returns label. You said to us that you didn't know how to do this (even though its literally one click of a button). You then asked us what our returns address is, (also to add, that all our returns information, address, returns labels etc..) is all specified on the bottom of the website. We have given you the returns address.
Returning via our carrier for all returns costs £2.99 (we are actually charged by the carrier £4.80).
If we have sent out wrong or faulty items, then we always cover the return cost.
If customers are to return via their own method, then they pay the cost of that, as we are not liable to pay just because they don't like the product.
Also please note that when brands give customers free returns, this is also because they include the price of the returns in the product price.

Wrong order
I ordered 3 pairs of shorts and received 1 badly finished pair and 2 pairs of trousers, now they want me to pay for the returns. Would not recommend!
UPDATE 5/10/21
They have now kindly issued a returns label so I can return them free of charge.
