The process was easy and professional even while his office is based at his home, we still had printed deposit and sales receipts during and after. He also put something right with the vehicle that needed attention before picking it up. The whole experience was relaxed and safe with a personal feel. I would recommend highly Bradley

Very helpful and a nice seller.

Ben was professional, friendly, honest and responded to messages quickly. We came to view and test drive a vehicle and were able to come and collect it the next day, and Ben talked us through all of the process and paperwork as we went along. Would highly recommend Ben to others, and will consider using him again in future.

Recently purchased a Golf from Bradley’s Cars for my son’s first car and was very pleased with the whole experience. They were a considerable distance from myself, but Ben agreed to meet me halfway following several conversations and numerous close up videos of the vehicle detailing even the slightest little marks. I’m very particular when it comes to bodywork, and I’m always reluctant to drive distance on a dealers word, having made several long distance ‘not as described’ trips. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The vehicle was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Ben was a really friendly and helpful guy who made the whole experience smooth & hassle free. I drove the car 90+ miles home with no issues. I would have no concerns in purchasing from them again.

Ben was very helpful right from the first time I called (which was very late compared to most places!). Arranged a convenient time for viewing and even took the liberty of finding out some history of use from the previous owner so we had a better idea of the car’s life before us. Guided us through all the required documentation to make sure we left safely as well as satisfied, and just generally well experienced with a wealth of knowledge in the industry. People would buy used cars more often if there were more professional car salesmen like him out there.
