Like the watch but the battery was dead…
Like the watch but the battery was dead so had to get a new one immediately. I did email customer service but I got a reply to say I should have told them first and I paid £19.99 upfront with receipt but they seemed quite rude and uninterested.

Your order was dispatched on 23/02 and was delivered on 26/02. As per our T&C we expect all out customers to report any issue as soon as possible upon receiving their order, so we can advise next plan of action to resolve the matter accordingly. If you had contacted our customer service team prior to taking watch to a third party agent we would have advised against it and would have arranged collection and replacement accordingly.

BC 12 clock warranty
I bought two BC12 clocks knowing there is a 2-year warranty. It has been one year and nine months and one of the clocks broke. Even if I put in a fresh battery, after 10 minutes it stops working because the minute and hour arms can't go upwards, they seem to be broken or stuck, and only the seconds arm keeps working. I contacted the company and for the warranty, I have to send the clock back to the UK on my dime (I am in Canada), and I may only be refunded this shipping IF they find a problem with it. Shipping from Canada will most likely cost me 50$-60$ (as it did last year when I posted a very small item to the UK with tracking) and the clock is only worth 40$. I threw it out, and will not re-purchase again. When I asked if they had a North America office I can send it to, they responded ''Currently there aren’t any Braun agent who can handle this aftersales support so it will have to be returned to address in UK for inspection and replacement.'' Very disappointing.

Many thanks for your feedback.
Further to our conversation we established that your interpretation of the wireless chargers was that it has a rechargeable battery so it can be operated totally wirelessly without requiring to be connected to electronic source when fully charged, hence you posted the above feedback. As advised the wireless charges requires to be plugged in to mains at all times to be able to charge your device wirelessly simply by placing it on the charging pad, which you have checked and confirmed that it charges when connected to mains power source.
Hence there is no issue with these devices. However should you require any further support please request to email our technical sup[port team on technical@braun-clocks.com and they will assist accordingly.

Please kindly be advised that your order was dispatched on 24/11/23 by Royal Mail tracked service with tracking reference KL909913866GB. The dispatch information with tracking number was also emailed once the order was dispatched. Upon checking the tracking status it confirms that Royal Mail tried to deliver the parcel but there was no one available to receive delivery so it has been returned to local collection office. The parcel has been waiting to be collect since 28/11/23. Please see below tracking status link confirming this.

How buying on the web should be
The process was smooth. Product description was accurate. Ordering simple and it was delivered when expected. The clock itself is probably of high quality - time (ho-ho) tell given the price tag.
A downloadable user manual would have put a cherry on top of the pie.
