No refund yet…now received 24/10
I have not yet received a refund for the faulty clock returned on 14/10/24. Issue resolved, the ambient lighting in our bedroom is not suitable for the clock. Many thanks for the refund.

As per our conversation this is to advise that the refund has now been issued and will appear in your account within 3-5 working days. The reason for the delay in processing a refund was due to there was no comments of the fault explanation, hence it was passed to our engineers to carry out thorough checks. Our engineers have thoroughly checked the clock and all functions are operating as it should.
Anyways as advised refund will be processed and will appear in your account within 3-5 working days.

The whole experience of ordering and getting delivery of the product was excellent. The clock ordered can be better in teams of features in controlling the brightness and sharpness of display for both the LED screen and the projected display on the wall/ceiling.

Stuck at customs
I bought the Prestige Slim watch and was ecstatic about its look and feel. After wearing it 3 times, the strap somehow broke in two. After chatting with support, they said they would send me a new strap, but it has been "stuck" at customs for over a month. I loved the watch but am disappointed that I only got to wear it 3 times and am not optimistic I'll get a new strap.
