Ordering was very straightforward. Installation was quick and profesionally done, and the speeds are as advertised.

Ordered at Midnight and by 8.30am the next morning the CityFibre engineers were doing the pre-survey. Router arrived in plenty of time in advance of the installation date which was one week later, which went smoothly. Couple of support queries I've had were answered quickly - no queuing - spoke to someone knowledgeable quickly. Great experience so far! I would recommend!

Internet has been patchy since I got it but I have persevered, today I have lost all internet and can't get hold of anyone on the help desk number absolutelybshocking service

I would have given you five stars but for the fact that you charged me for posting out the router. First time I’ve been charged for the privilege of plugging in a router.

Jay has been fantastic. An asset to the company. He sorted out my slow speed issue quickly by using his vast knowledge of the network. As a senior Openreach manager, I would love to have someone like Jay in my team with the knowledge and customer service skills he has displayed. He also checked in tomake sure everything was working fine. Great personal touch. Well done Jay and thank you

Installation was perfect the guys were lovely very positive about the quality of the service, Installation very very neat and tidy you would hardly know they had dug up my front garden lawn. Down side, not much in the way of faster or better internet

It's buffering and when I tried calling 5 times nobody answered. I got an email asking what was wrong and I sent one back asking them to ring but the didn't. Then there was a major outage. Only just got it in last week. Not a great start!
The number you show here is an answerphone and nobody calls back!

i was told that an engineer would be sent out to set up the router. i assume someone at brawband figured out that i already had a fiber box installed, but i wasn't updated with any information if someone was still coming to my address or not. the engineer did not turn up, but thankfully i was able to install the router myself but just a disappointing first impression.

Installation was great , bang on time , quick , and mess free. Download and upload speeds are as promised and consistent . Only down side , despite several attempts, I can't connect to wifi on my laptops via my new router , they even sent me another new router , but I have the same problem with both , I've tried everything and so have they , so having to stay wired for now which is not ideal going forward.

Installation was excellent was signed up for 24 month contract which just found out expires last year wasn’t notified and doing some checking I find I am paying more for 500 speed than the 900. So find this a little bit of rip off knowing I have been paying more for less. Don’t know for how long.

You have a great thing going on right now Brawband, providing excellent speeds at reasonable prices to people all over Scotland. Please don't ever become a greedy evil empire like the rest! The engineer was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know. Really straightforward switch over. We had a crossover with Virgin Fibre because we didn't want to be without a connection. My son did a test and the connection was 100% faster than Virgin. If anyone is hesitating because they have gaming kids and need high speed Internet I'd advise to just go for it. The Virgin monopoly of poor customer service, and bottlenecked fibre speed broadband is over. And it's a lot cheaper as well. No regrets. And it's a Scottish company so I know it's good.

Slight problem on the first day of installation, however, a slight resiting of the modem rectified the problem and for a week now has worked faultlessly. Every step was as agreed and the whole process was seem less. Highly recommended…

No real issues with broadband, albeit much slower than promised (between 160 and 260 on a 900 connection).
Problems with billing though, constant emails setting up and cancelling direct debits and then double the amount due being debited from my account - can’t login to website, password reset not working, and no one answers the phone…

No problems with broadband whatsoever 100 times better than the Vodafone I had which was the worst ever.
