Due to the logistics involved and the different locations of the bricks on your order, it was necessary to split your order into multiple deliveries originating from different depots, which is why the bricks arrived at different times and dates.
We tried our best to deliver all the bricks on the same day, but unfortunately, due to the slots provided by the transport companies, this wasn’t possible on this occasion. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Price very good so placed order via website, really couldn’t have been easier ,had call back within 48 hrs to confirm delivery date , had agreed crane off load , delivery was nice and early without any fuss .

Let down by delivery company they use
I ordered a pallet of bricks online and a few days later they contacted me to say the company they use for delivery would not be able to deliver to our address due to restrictions coming up the drive. despite sending some photos showing they had clear access to our property they declined to deliver. In the end I ordered a pallet of bricks from another company who use their own vehicles for delivery and in this instance they arrived with a 40ft lorry with a crane to off load the bricks with no issues. On the plus side (hence the 2 stars) they did promptly refund my money, but I would not use them again as I now know they can't deliver to my address. I would recommend new customers contact Brick Wholesale first to check they can deliver to you before placing an order.

I ordered the bricks and was told a week later you couldn’t deliver them due to the curb not being strong enough which was absolute nonsense because I have had countless heavy items delivered. It seemed you couldn’t be bothered.

I would not recommend
I would not recommend. I had a planned delivery, the delivery didn't arrive, I had to chase to see what had happened as of course, no communication, the support team were pleasant, however the issue persisted. I was told the next day that my order would be on the first delivery out.... it again did not arrive. Despite the support team being very pleasant (i must say that) the response of 'we apologise but we use a third-party company for all the transport' really is not good enough and that they can speak to me again after the weekend. I have now lost all my scheduled building work for the weekend, and I honestly wish I went elsewhere or I chose a company who would sort it out once they let me down on the initial delivery. So no, I don't trust this company unfortunately and I would not recommend.
