Straightforward. Your brochure had all the details in it that we needed so it was simple.

The experience was difficult as we didn't want to fly from Heathrow. However the Rep was very helpful.

I spoke with a lady who made the experience seamless without any problems

Hotels comfortable with friendly staff and very good food.
Itinerary well planned, covering a wide range of the islands, and the intersting places, in a very short space of time.
Tour guide and driver excellent.

Straight forward phone booking process

My recent holiday to Outer Hebrides was great, well organised with an excellent guide - Alastair Walker. The booking process was easy to follow. The hotels we stayed in were good too.

Directions were easy to follow. I do wish pick-up points and hotels were available sooner to facilitate travel planning.

It couldn’t have been better, Michael our tour guide was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful , it was a bit of a rush for the return journey and I didn’t get the opportunity to thank him for such a lovely break , please could you forward my thanks to him . Thank you

We wanted to speak to an advisor because there are two of us but we want a room each. We went on a Brightwater break last year and rang up to book then and it was such an easy experience we did it again and were very pleased with the help we got. We also wanted to pay individually and that was no problem at all. Couldn’t have been more straightforward.

Really nice group of people, very friendly and chatty. Loved the Chateau Jeanne and the forest. Comfortable room, liked the food. Good itinerary. Mix of towns, Chateau, and Monet's Garden and house. Like the tour leader, lots of information

The phone was answered promptly, and the representative was friendly and very helpful. She offered to reserve one of the holidays while I made up my mind, but I decided which one to go for, and we made the booking with zero fuss.

RHS Sandringham & Gardens of Norfolk
Linda Robinson was wonderful in every aspect of the smooth running of the trip. Always calm & felt with any issues in a calm manner with excellent communation to us.
Our bus driver, David was so thoughtful keeping our bus cool & comfortable. I felt very safe.
Also good communication & a very friendly manner.
Nice pace to our visits.
I think I would prefer a slightly smaller group, we had 24.
I do like to mix & mingle at dinner & chat to fellow travelers & Linda did encourage us to do so. The hotel staff wanted us to stay at the same table.
Getting to go to the Flower Show was a big attraction to my choice of holiday.
Having the full day & the freedom to go round it was great.
Most enjoyable holiday & I will return!

Good varied itinerary & excellent tour guide Linda Robinson, who went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed.
As with previous holidays, the booking & administration process is always efficient & courteous.
A couple of suggestions might make the break even better:
-The journey from Tothill St, London, to our first destination was a little lengthy without a chance to stretch one's legs, especially as there were 2 further pick- ups at Brentford & Chelmsford.
- Norwich is a beautiful city, but as the Holiday Inn was some 40 mins by foot out of the city, there was no opportunity to visit when attractions were open ( apart from the sheduled visit to the Bishop's Garden).

An excellent 5 day tour that included the new RHS Sandringham Flower Show and a selection of diverse gardens in Norfolk and Suffolk plus a beautiful woodland walk in the Norfolk Broads. All complemented by a four-star hotel in Norwich and travel on a brand-new coach. The tour manager, Linda Robinson, was first class - knowledgeable, organised, friendly and professional. The coach driver, Dave, was also excellent - always calm and with a great sense of humour.
