Brilliant service. The lady who came to clean my flat today did a tremendous job. Just like it should be with Brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. She was also very pleasant, cooperative and easy to work with. It was the best cleaning service I've had.

Look elsewhere to save money and time
I never leave a review, but I'm saving people's money by writing this. Do not fall into the company's marketing or website claims. Not only this company did not clean our end of tenancy property appropriately, they have broken a floor tile which they are blaming us for. The flat was left with streak marks across all mirrors and glass surfaces, and items were left dusty along with other surfaces hastily wiped. Our landlord and renting agents have proof for the lack of cleanliness - where we sent these proof to them but they have rudely pushed back, doubted our claims, and not even responded to us over a week despite claiming to "get back to us tomorrow". I do not recommend using them. We have no choice but to make them responsible for the mistakes for end of tenancy sake, please make sure you look elsewhere to save yourself headaches and money.

This company created material damage to…
This company created material damage to my property. In addition their cleaning service was significantly below my expectations as well as a there own managers. They have opened an investigation into the issue but over a week has passed with no proper response to emails or voice messages. I definitely would not recommend using this company.

This was investigated and you were communicated with throughout the process, with updates as and when they were available. We do aim to offer the best service with the highest of standards, unfortunately with human beings naturally mistakes will occur, and things can be missed. Though we believe part of offering a great service is how you deal with the issues and always endeavour to rectify any issues raised. I know the relevant team colleagues have been in contact with you. Though it was concluded that damage was not caused throughout the duration, this still required thorough investigation to establish the necessary information to provide a conclusion. You were also offered alternative solutions to rectify other issues - we understand you may still be dissatisfied though we thank you for your feedback, enabling us to improve our services.

I highly recommend this cleaner I booked another company to do my end of tenancy cleaning they clean half of the flat and my agent couldn’t give my deposit back .I called brilliant cleaners they provided me best cleaning to my flat and I got my deposit back I really thank you I will definitely recommend and use them again in future
