Brilliant service, very helpful with what we asked, great driver aswell Paul was spot on!

We booked a private mini bus to take 16 of us safely too and from a music festival in north Wales last weekend and the experience we had with Bristol Travel was great! Great communication, reasonable pricing and the bus was of very high standard. Our driver Paul was amazing, so friendly and ensured we made it on time and had a safe and fun journey both ways. Thanks for getting us home safely and would highly recommend their services. Will be using them again in the future x

Paul our driver picked us up from home early 6AM to transport 13 of us to Heathrow to catch a flight to Florida, on the return he was there well before we landed to take us home.

He kept in touch the day before via txt message and kept us up to date with his whereabouts whilst we waited for him to come through to the collection point, Heathrow require the driver to wait off site and allow them in via a traffic marshal once you find one.

He was prompt, drove with care and was very helpful and most of all got us to the airport with time to spare.

Great company! From the very start of booking our hen party travel to bath the company were helpful and flexible. I think I spoke to Tony at first on the phone who answered any questions that I had regarding the travel and was really friendly. I received emails with all the information I needed and a payment reminder. Our driver was Paul who arrived a little earlier on the day we left but had no problem with hanging around for a bit whilst we all got sorted. He was super friendly and helped load our bags into the trailer. The bus was very clean and had plenty of space. Paul also allowed us to play a speaker on the way down.He could not park right outside our accommodation but explained where it was and we were only about a minute walk away, again he helped us unload our luggage. On the return journey Paul said to just ring if we wanted to be picked up slightly earlier and when he came he picked us up in the same spot he dropped us off in. Overall I would not hesitate to book with this company again, they were all really helpful, friendly and as flexible as they could be. Many thanks :)

Honestly had the best service from this company having booked 5 trips over the course of the weekend. All of the drivers were so friendly, prompt and helpful and it was very good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Booked for a hen do to Cradiff the mini bus was clean and modern. The driver, Paul, was fantastic he called the day before travel to confirm all the details. He arrived early and was willing to change the pick up time the day before our return travel. Would definatley reccomend !

Jack recently took a stag party to Manchester, was really friendly and approachable. Jack was happy to drive in the crazy storms and got us there and back safely. He was very accommodating stopping for a toilet break when we needed to on the way and on the way back. Arrived early to pick us up and was flexible on the time coming home. Couldn't ask for anything else. Thank you and would recommend.

I booked 2 journeys through Smc and Bristol Travel were used. I can’t recommend them enough. Both drivers, Pete and Paul were professional, very helpful with our bags and an asset to their company. Will be using again.

Disgracefully rude receptionist.
After getting a quote for a minibus for a short journey I was immediately expected to pay the full amount 10 days before travel. Not knowing anything about Bristol Travel LTD I was reluctant to pay the full amount incase of a no-show. I phoned the company up to discuss this matter, willing to negotiate and was ungraciously told that our minibus trip was cancelled with immediate effect with no willingness to even discuss the matter. Thankfully, we can now give our money to a bus company who is more cooperative with the customer, whom actually puts the passenger first.

Bristol Travel gave us everything we needed and more for our trip! Great prices compared to others and excellent communication before and after our trip! The driver was great and the drive we had was nice and comfortable! All in all a great experience and will definitely be using for future trips! Highly recommended!

Bristol Travel exceeded our expectations. 5/5! Our driver Fred was a gentleman and was happy to stop at services when required. There were 16 of us, all with large bags, and a trailer was provided meaning there was plenty of room on the bus. The bus itself was really clean and modern and even had WIFI. Thanks for making our trip more enjoyable!

Really high end minibus with trailer so loads of room for luggage. Driver was very professional but also had no issues with our terrible singing or constant requests for toilet stops. Made our stag do go smooth.

I used Bristol Travel for my sisters hen do a few weeks ago. We used the service to go in to and out of Bristol centre on a busy Saturday night. Both drivers we had were lovely, pleasant and very patient with us! A particular shout out to Paul, the driver who picked us up after our night out, who called to let us the following day that I had left my purse on his minibus. He even went through the trouble of posting it back to me! Very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend.
