Excellent customer service! Unfortunately had to cancel due to the government restrictions with covid, had a response straight away from Tony and our refund processed very quickly. When we can rebook will be using Bristol Travel again! Would highly recommend!

Friendly and accommodating driver, pristine and modern interior - a very comfortable journey. Our driver, Fred, arrived well in advance and when we were ready to leave earlier than expected he was happy to set off early. We'd strongly recommend :)

First class service with very reasonable rates. The correspondance right from the start was excellent with any queries answered straight away. We were a group of 8 ladies needing return transport from South Wales to Bristol for a hen weekend which is quite hard to come by. The executive coach was great, very clean and on time. Our driver Tony was brilliant! Friendly, polite and luckily very laid back! An excellent service, highly recommended and would definitely use again!

Delighted to see this new provider offering transport services locally as I have worked with the proprietor for many years in previous guises and with different coach companies. They are always willing to be flexible and fit in with our schools' requirements, now in brand new, high spec., liveried minibuses. Looking forward to many ventures together as we establish new post-Covid ways of working.

I used Bristol Travel LTD for the first time on Saturday 8th August for a trip from Bristol to Wedmore. I booked for 9 people and couldn’t believe how cheap the price was compared to all other transport companies. I booked instantly & from start to finish the whole experience could not be faulted. The owner of the company Tony was so helpful & happy to assist with an questions which I may of had. It was so simple & I will definitely be using Bristol Travel LTD, again and again for all my travelling needs. Highly recommend!!!!
