My chips expired on March of 2025. They were stale. I asked for a new shipment to replace them and was turned down. I was very disappointed.

Thank you for your review.
We’re disappointed to see that you’re continuing to claim the crisps were stale, particularly as this is factually incorrect. The product in question—Walkers Worcestershire Sauce crisps—was released in March of this year and could not possibly be out of date.
You provided a photo showing the best-before date clearly printed as 30/08/2025, which is 30th August 2025 in the UK date format. It appears you may have misinterpreted this as the U.S. format. To clarify, UK packaging uses the day/month/year format, so the date on the crisps indicates they are well within shelf life.
Furthermore, as previously advised, we offered a return and refund or replacement if you were not satisfied with the goods. That option remains available.
In future, please refrain from making false claims, as they are misleading and unhelpful.
