Really impressed, everything turned up in perfect condition, even the biscuits were wrapped in raffia, and shipping was super fast. It was all shipped out the day after I ordered, and took just 5 days with DHL to get to Texas. Prices weren't awful (used to paying crazy prices for British food over here!) Will definitely be using again :)

It's Trustfull

I placed an order on July 4th, with the expectation of receiving it on July 19th.
The last update on it's location was a week ago when it was "In Transit". After waiting 3 weeks I assume that it is lost, or on the back of a donkey in the Andes...

Timely delivery and information about my order was communicated well. Thank you!

Although there was an issue with the customs declaration on my order which caused a delay in shipping, I'd still give British Cravings 5 stars.
They immediately identified the problem, owned their mistake and kept in direct contact with me about the status of my order, I cannot fault their customer service.
Their website is easy to use, they have a great range of products and I'm really impressed with the cost of shipping conpared to competitors.
I'm really excited to have found a reliable company to source my favourite British treats from.

I ordered some biscuits from British Cravings to South Africa. South African customs gave a bunch of issues so it took a while to arrive, but Jason from British Cravings was there every step of the way to check in and answer all my questions. I have now received the product and I am very happy. A lot of care was taken to package the product to avoid damage.

Fast delivery, but the packaging was a bit flimsy. Cardboard box was torn and some of the product packaging battered and scattered around. This doesn't affect the taste though, so not too much concerned.
One small item had taken a hike. I was refunded it as soon as I informed them about the matter.
Still recommend. Can't get these products this easily anywhere else. Hope they just package more stirdy next time :)

It all got here quite fast, it's really good!! I'm very happy with my cravings :D

I ordered a Cadbury’s mystery box to be delivered to Chicago for my son’s birthday. The box contained an excellent range of Cadbury treats and was good value for money.
The package arrived on the morning of his birthday, so couldn’t have been better.
It is expensive to send such a parcel, nearly as much as the gift itself, but I know that is just how it is.

This was an excellent company to deal with. I had been looking for a particular item for months and this company stocked it ! Quick, easy delivery too !?

I can eat shreddies and all the English goodies I have missed so much again.
It came super quick and everything I ordered has got plenty of time before it expires.
