Had an issue with my booking…
Had an issue with my booking confirmation not coming through. Reached out to Klicket and Joel replied faster than expected. He found my order straight away and resent everything. Super helpful.
Classic refund scam behaviour – money withheld after full cancellation
I purchased 5 tickets through Klicket for the event “Winter Funland 2025 – Olympia London” for a total of £104.47.
The event was completely cancelled, not due to any fault of mine, but due to the event organiser / venue (Olympia).
Klicket themselves emailed customers clearly stating that:
the event was cancelled,
all customers would be automatically refunded,
and that no action was required from us.
Despite this written confirmation, Klicket refunded only £89.00, keeping £15.47 without any explanation. There was no breakdown, no justification, and no consent for this deduction.
This is unacceptable.
When an event is cancelled by the organiser, the customer is legally entitled to a full refund, not a partial one with arbitrary deductions.
To make matters worse, I emailed Klicket to question the missing amount, and no one ever replied. Complete silence. No customer support, no accountability, no transparency.
Promising a full refund in writing, cancelling an event through no fault of the customer, then quietly withholding part of the payment and ignoring emails is misleading, unethical, and feels like a deliberate practice to profit from cancellations.
This is classic “small amount” exploitation, assuming customers will not chase missing money.
I do not trust Klicket and will never use them again.
Strong warning to others: if an event is cancelled, do not assume you will get all your money back.

I had a bit of a panic after I accidentally deleted my ticket email just before the event. I messaged Klicket’s live chat and Joel was absolutely brilliant. He quickly located my booking, re-sent the tickets, and even sent a follow-up email to make sure I received everything.
The team were wonderful
The team were wonderful. We woke up this morning and my 5 year old daughter was very ill with a high temperature. There so accommodating and let us move the tickets to January

How good the companies like this are. Other ticketing agents make use of bots, but Klicket has actual human service.

It is such a relief to get to a ticket company that a human being picks up. I have used other websites in which you become trapped there with chat bots which do not assist you in any way.

The Great ticketing platform site is also user-friendly and secure and when I called the customer care to change the time of my booking, Joel responded to me instantly. He was polite, highly educated, and solved my issue in a shorter period than I expect.
