We were very happy with Fallon’s service throughout the purchase of our first property. She always kept us informed about what was happening and how things were progressing. Whenever I had a question or needed any help, she responded quickly and was always helpful. We really appreciated her communication and support throughout the process.

I had the best experience, being a first time buyer, I had direct contact to everyone, they kept the communication open every-time I needed something, Alex C. was exceptional…. The process took only 2 months to exchange keys.

I put my house up for sale with them after I was told they had serious investors and buyers waiting to buy properties, I believed that they would sell my home in super quick time but unfortunately 9 months later I haven't even had a viewing through British homesellers.
My asking price is way below 3 local estate agents valuations but British homesellers have been consistent in keep suggesting that I drop the price about 40k or take it off the market.
They have not matched me up with any of their so called investors waiting to buy a property.
I would have had more chances if I'd have stayed with local estate agents.
I also don't think it helps that there's no for sale sign outside the property as I live in a place where it's busy with tourists for much of the year, but no passers by know it's for sale. Very disappointing after a convincing sales pitch.
UPDATE
After receiving a response from British Homesellers, I should have stated that the length of time I was with them as opposed to how long it was up for sale was 9 months as there was a delay with the pictures they took.
I rejected the 1st lot of pictures as they were awful, and nice parts of the house were not photographed, but instead there were 3 pictures all the same of the back of my house which had nothing nice to show, on limited amounts of pictures I thought that was ridiculous.
I've received an email from Trustpilot today that they may try to remove my review if it's not genuine, it is.

British Homesellers weren’t actually my estate agents — they were acting for the people whose house I was buying — but I was genuinely really impressed with them throughout the whole process.

I’ll admit, initially I wasn’t sure what the experience would be like dealing with a nationwide company rather than a traditional local high-street estate agent, but any concerns I had quickly disappeared. They were always available, kept me up to date and seemed just as keen as I was to keep things moving. Whenever things stalled, they were proactive in chasing and trying to push the sale forward rather than simply leaving everyone waiting.

A special mention has to go to Fallon Martin, who put up with my many questions! She was always helpful, responsive and happy to explain what was happening, and I really appreciated having someone I could contact throughout the process.

Considering I wasn’t even their client, I thought the level of communication and service I received was excellent. Based on my experience as a buyer, I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending British Homesellers.

Wasn't familiar with the company, but they were very attentive and provided good communication. Dealt with a range of people through out the different stages of purchasing, all with good customer service. Provided updates throughout the sale. Wasn't very happy with having to pay a 2 thousand pound deposit to "secure" the offer. The company was understanding and we found a solution that worked for all parties.

Recently bought a house via British home sellers amd they were fantastic with my process it want really smoth and no issues and Robert was very helpful throughout

I never usually write reviews but i have had such a good and positive experience with British Homesellers i had to share my thoughts .
From the initial contact to completion was hassle free with support from Robert Love if ever needed .
I will be looking out for properties in my area being sold through British Homesellers at every opportunity .

Quick communication, happy to answer any questions and always willing to help / chase anything required. Even when they were the sellers side, everything was dealt with promptly which I was pleasantly surprised at as usually the housing market industry is not known for its haste in communication.
