Terrible Service - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered a jacket over three weeks ago. It couldn’t be imported because the brand failed to provide proper customs documents. I wasn’t contacted about that, instead I had to figure this out myself.
I then waited weeks for the parcel to be returned so it could be reshipped, only to be told they already shelved the jacket again and sold it. And of course, my size was completely sold out, so they couldn’t sent another one. So after all that waiting, I ended up with no jacket in the middle of winter.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was badly handled from start to finish. No concessions, no help, just nothing but headaches. Huge waste of time and very disappointing service.

Super happy with my order! It came right on time, and the quality of the product is even better than I expected. Totally satisfied!

Poor quality material
I spent £90 for the wide leg denim jeans in total with the shipping just for the material to feel cheap and for the button to come broke and completely off the jeans. I would not order from here again they charge premium prices for poor quality material

My family have placed 3 orders so far…
My family have placed 3 orders so far and have been impressed with the quality of the items received. I also think the customer service has been good. When dispatched deliveries have been received within 24hours. I would highly recommend.

Shame on Broken planet.
Do not buy here. This company deserves 0 stars. I ordered a tracksuit and a sweetpants early in december 2024, and paid extra for a quick delivery before Christmas. I received only a jumper for £270 paid !!! Custumer service havent replied to my emais during this almost 4 months. Their website pointed to a Whatsapp number for communication but it doesnt exist/work. If there were a mistake I have been patient to hear for them to offered a refund or send the missing items, but it seems they only want to get my money and blocked me from emailing them. Companis like this ones should be banned for selling in internet...Really a scam company.
