Mystery runs are complete scams doesn’t show all the options on website, so you are drawn in to buy, but receive something completely different. Quality is decent tho! However this does not make up for the extreme bad return policy, no help to return so if you leave outside the UK you’ll have to sent it back in without their help.

Ordered a jacket over three weeks ago. It couldn’t be imported because the brand failed to provide proper customs documents. I wasn’t contacted about that, instead I had to figure this out myself.

I then waited weeks for the parcel to be returned so it could be reshipped, only to be told they already shelved the jacket again and sold it. And of course, my size was completely sold out, so they couldn’t sent another one. So after all that waiting, I ended up with no jacket in the middle of winter.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this was badly handled from start to finish. No concessions, no help, just nothing but headaches. Huge waste of time and very disappointing service.

Items are decent quality, this review however is of the mystery items which are a total scam. The image of all available options is a complete lie they just use it to get rid of stock that doesn't sell well for a reason. Luckily I can sell it for double what I paid and never make the same mistake again.

Ordered a mystery drop t shirt from the most recent drop. On the website it shows a photo with all the possible options you will receive. However when my order arrived I received a completely different t shirt than what was advertised. I emailed them asking why I received this and if I can swap it out for one I was supposed to get. The response I got was along the lines of them running out of stock of the t-shirts I ordered and sending me whatever they had left. If the t-shirts were sold out then I shouldn’t have been able to buy it. Instead they sent out a hideous t-shirt that obviously never sold well to try and scrape every penny off their own customers. I’ve ordered multiple times from them in the past but never again

DO NOT BUY from this company, bought an item over a week ago and it never arrived, contacted company and they are claiming it is a fake website even though I have provided proof of purchase.

such a genuine brand, I ordered and got it 2 days later. They answered me on instagram immediately, i had a request to buy something of the old collection. They made an exception and send me an email with a payment link and even a discount. So understanding and polite.

Scam - sent wrong item and it looks poor, they do reply to emails, the website email returns undelivered and the online messaging fails - DO NOT BUY from this company

Ordered hoodie months ago and when it arrived it’s clearly fake, they also ignored all emails for months. Dont buy from here it’s a scam

Scam, ordered a hoodie and on the website the photos they use are if legit broken planet hoodies but when it arrives the quality is poor and it’s clearly a fake. Iv tried emailing multiple times but have received no response. I’m having to go through PayPal for a refund. Terrible company NOT AUTHENTIC BROKEN PLANET HOODIES please do not buy from this website

This is a scam company selling counterfeit goods. Product material is nothing like the original, course and very poor quality . Unfortunately I didn’t do my homework and in a rush didn’t check the authenticity of the site I purchased a £135 hoodie from.
I’ve asked for a refund and been told it is not possible and I should « please cooperate « .

I ordered a hoodie, it took about 2 weeks to arive which is a long time, but the hoodie is definetly legit and very high quality.

Ordered my hoodie two weeks ago and it has arrived! Communication was a little below par but the product is great. I hate anything tight around my neck and BP hoodies are the only ones I can find that don’t strangle me! I’m very pleased with my purchase, just going to have to hide it from my son so he doesn’t “borrow” it! 😜

Quick background...My son ordered a hoodie, when it arrived (late) he didn't like it and wanted to return it. Broken Planet will tell you the item has to be faulty or damaged in order to receive a refund. This is ILLEGAL.

Here are some useful tips and places to go outlining the UK's Distance Selling rules. Not offering a full refund for things like a hoodie is illegal. As an online customer, you legally have 14 days from its arrival to return the item and are at no obligation to give a reason why.

On the UK Government’s website you will find the law on returns and refunds. Under Distance Selling and Accepting Returns and Giving Refunds.

You will see the section regarding refund for items bought through ‘distance selling’. I have copied and pasted the paragraph…

"Online, mail and phone order sales
Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason."

I hope this all helps. In our email reply to BP we outlined all the laws above. They came back and offered a refund straight away, no objections. I think this speaks volumes. Clearly they are trying to scam people who are not aware of the Distance Selling Law in the UK. It is outrageous.
