I bought 2 sets from this company and had an issue with one after washing, BUT they deserve 5 stars! Their customer service is on top of it! They are very responsive, helpful, and truly caring about their brand and products. I do recommend!!

Always great clothes and good online ordering experience

I made two separate orders for the same items just different sizes and the second order they charged me X3 the amount of shipping which is not right at all. I’ve also been trying to return items from both orders and got in touch over a week and and they shared me incorrect information, what they told me isn’t what it says on their website and all the return fees are more expensive to what I was told which is very misleading. I’ve been trying to email and DM them for a week for help and they’re seening all my DMs which is very unhelpful and unprofessional. They overcharge and scam you so warning others to avoid them. Also the quality is so terrible, it’s all very cheap, thin and see through, other companies sell the exact same stuff for half the price.

I’m obsessed with Bronze snake. The stock is always entirely aligned with my personal taste and that makes decision fatigue less likely. I can always rely on the quality at a price I can afford too- honestly a $90 puffer jacket I go 3 years ago is still saving my life every Melbourne winter. I do shop online but when I can I head into the chapel street store because the service is always just so real. I’ve spent a lot of time in retail and hate fake, smarmy, insincere approaches to an in store experience and I never get that with the absolute legends you seem to always find for this store. I also need to point out that I never feel uncomfortable, unwelcome or unsafe which super trendy retail spaces sometimes have inherently built in for those of us who struggle with self esteem and a sense of belonging. Yall are just killing it.

Just a suggestion; some clothes are S to XL some are sized 10 to 14. I have found that your L is a true L; but your size 12 runs small

The company is super communicative, so easy to talk to and very proactive with solutions. My partner ordered my Christmas present off Bronze Snake which got lost in NZ post, everyone was really proactive about getting replacements sent when we found out about the package being lost. The clothes are perfect, trendy, comfortable and well made!

Bronze Snakes provides cool products and there’s a good energy around what they’re doing.

My parcel ended up being lost by Au post , however Bronze snake replied in a swiftly manner and was able to arrange a replacement for me ASAP. It wasn’t their fault however they reacted so swiftly and with amazing customer service! Very pleased! Thankyou !

I have 4 daughters and purchased numerous items for gifts over the Christmas period. From placing the order to delivery to even a return (due to wrong fit) has been amazing! I cannot fault the service, quality of products & even the return process has been so easy.

Made my first purchase with BS recently! I brought two pairs of jean, in two different sizes, as I am in between sizes and wasn’t sure what size I would be. Package came quickly! I had to send a pair back to swap size, it was a smooth process, and again, the jeans were delivered quickly! Love these jeans and have moved from leggings to these as my staples! Will continue to purchase from here!
