Worst experience ever. I have a parcel being delivered since 24.12.2024 and every time, once they decide to update their status on my delivery, it says, the parcel is returned to the warehouse due to incorrect allocation. This is now the 3rd time for the same parcel. I'm sitting with the same issue of not knowing why, what or when because they do not answer your emails, whatsapps, phone calls etc. Pathetic service honestly!
This will seriously make me not want to order from Shein or Temu or any other places using Buffalo as their courier service.

Worst courier service in Southern Africa. No response from their reps on WhatsApp. Their telephone automated service is in audible, lines are not properly manned. Not at all user friendly. I'm only giving a star because I have to. It's a minus 10 for me.

They are useless and dishonest , full of lies , they will send a message saying your package sent to ware reason "no answer to tel" which is all lies i do'nt know why they do"nt call at all or maybe its how they are crooks .

i think this fly by night company is the worst courier co i ever delt with,no local contact number,no addres,how do they operate?

Temu must fire this company they are useless .. delivered my parcel to someone I have no idea who and I can’t contact them to even find out where it is .. they have no idea what a courier is

The driver collected my parcel for a refund from Temu in September. The parcel is missing, it seems like someone stole it, as no one from buffalo management calls me back after leaving numerous messages.

I am very happy with my order. The driver named Bayete was super professional, i received my package on time

I have been trying to get a refund for a double payment for import duty tax since April 2024 for the amount of R760.99. I have sent numerous emails including the form that needs to be filled in as well as my bank statement showing the double payments.
Seems like the emails sends an automated reply with no follow up

The driver re-scheduled my delivery without my consent!!!!

Worst delivery company I have ever experienced, delays for delivery, a lie stating I requested a change to the delivery date, and rude responses to my emails, or they were simply ignored..
Stay away from them..

Ordered shein three times and each time I was put with Buffalo and I can honestly say it has been a stress-free experience each time, they do what they need to do and the one time I had a question and called, they answered and helped without hesitation. Currently waiting on my third order to be delivered and they keep their tracking up to date and im excited to get the deleivery!
After my current dealings with one if the couriers I got through bash, You can honestly be happy if you get buffalo logistics. If I could choose a logistics and courier company to work with everytime i made an order anywhere, it would definitely be Buffalo

What a rubbish courier service. They took my parcel then they told me it was destroyed by custom. You cannot get a straight answer from them or Temu. I'm disgusted by their service. Keep my items i hope you are happy. Dispicable human being stealling from hard working people.

Why didn't the courier service call me when delivery was made, you instead took the parcel back to your site

The worst experience ever. I've been waiting for my package from 5th November. My package went back why I don't understand cause I've been using the same address. Their communication platform is useless. I don't know what to do to get my package!!!!

I am very much disgusted by Buffalo services have been damn told that the courier is out to deliver my order BUFZA6LL46429J4YQ and then claims he's returning my order without even calling me the whole bloody day. This company is nonsense because at first they were telling me delay of flights and then now l get this. Nonsense man

They can't seem to get anything right, their core business is logistics but they don't seem to understand that. The worst communication of any courrier service. Please avoid at all cost

I placed my order on the 7th of November n I still haven't received my parcel ,it was supposed to arrive today but it hasn't arrived it is stuck on eccalarated transit worst experience ever!!!!

They should change to ‘they deliver disappointment because this company is very incompetent.lm tracing my parcel and l can’t find it.l called support and they told me to go on my app.They are very rude also!!!!!……….after paying so much customs you also have to wait 😭😭mmxxxx

This is the worst experience known to man or beast. Beyond a joke! 5 mails on average I had to send a day sometimes receiving an automated response, other times nothing. Stay away from anything to do with these Muppets. Customer service does not exist. If you order a service through them expect an update in 2032.

I had ordered a few items for my sons birthday off SHEIN, who uses these muppets. I wont be ordering anything off SHEIN again because of this.

Worst service ever! It's near impossible to get in contact with an actual human being. And if you do, they outright lie to you! Doesn't respond to emails. WhatsApp service is useless. Information about tracking changes and extends waiting period by the hour. South African postal service is faster than Buffalo!! I wish Shein would get rid of them as a courier option
