Very good product and just what I was after. The quality was top notch.
Delivery was a little long.
But overall excellent service.

The only problem I had was it wouldn't run with the spark plug it came with replaced that and runs like a dream great saw.

My parcel order number 584361 has not been delivered . Aramex say the yhave damaged it in transit and have refunded you the money . How do i get my money back or my parcel . ?

Bug out Australia is a fraudulent company with know costumer services operation, they will send you a faulty product and leave you with know recourse to get your money back. Buyer beware…

We have not received our order please explain

Placed order on 8/12/24 wanting it for Xmas, still hasn't come. Neither Bugout or Aramex are responding to my emails. Terrible customer service from both of them.

My item still has not arrived was ordered 20 dec and picked up on 24 December. Courierstatedthey do not have it . Have tried to contact bugout do not answer any calls just want my item I purchased. Was supposed to be delivered 31 December 24 still no show . This is a very poor company would never buy off again.

You may need to change your carriers as Aramex is crap. I ordered and played for a grass cutter from Bugout on the 7/12/24 and played to have it fast tracked yet here I am still waiting to receive it and it's only just been picked up as far as I can tell. Not to mention Aramex it impossible to get in contact with to ask where's my parcel. ARAMEX is giving you Bugout a bad rep.

The pump purchased started leaking on start up. I have tried to contact Bugout via email, their web site and Paypal with no response from them.Probably why their don't have a phone number available.Even sent video of the problem.

Pump arrived in good condition and as ordered, set it up today and it performs well, thinking about another for the front yard as we have a large block.

Still waiting on arrival of roof racks, have emailed but no response. Please respond as to ETA of racks as for a Christmas present.

You asked me how you did 30 seconds after you took my money. Right now, you took my money and I have had nothing in return other than an email confirming how much money you took. I have based my review on the hope that the product is what you say it is, and shipping times etc., will be good. Ask me again when my response means something.

I haven’t received my goods yet BUT when I bought the product it said it would come to 85 plus 7.95 shipping. I live in Melbourne the company is based in Melbourne …when the order was completed I now have a charge of 19.95 for shipping on top so it all came to approximately 106? This isn’t ok!! bc Melbourne is free shipping and it was a hidden cost until I actually paid for the order. Perhaps in future allow people to see exactly what the extra costs are prior to the purchase and allow us to make an informed decision.
