The products are good but the delivery…
The products are good but the delivery for online orders is a hit and miss. I placed two orders and both had issues with deliveries. The drivers just dont seem to have a care in the world of whether they deliver their orders. For the first order the driver refused to stopped outside my property even though he could, so had to then carry items from a fair distance when there was no need. For the second delivery, the driver dropped me a missed call and then vanished, for some proposterous reason he couldnt leave the vehicle to ring the doorbell which was 3 meter away from him. And then took 3 days of chasing with phone calls and emails to eventually get the order.
The products are good for your delivery service needs a lot of work.

Bought 4 bundles of wood on expected…
Bought 4 bundles of wood on expected delivery date 1 pack showed up and then the next day another pack showed up and still waiting for the other 2 packs with no update

I would not purchase from Builder Depot…
I would not purchase from Builder Depot again, and I certainly would not recommend them to anyone.
Our items arrived late, which meant we had no choice but to source the materials elsewhere to avoid further delays to our work. When we then contacted Builder Depot to arrange a return, it took them around a week just to respond.
To make matters worse, after their delayed delivery had already caused us inconvenience, we were then told that we would have to pay the return postage ourselves AND they would deduct a 20% restocking fee from our refund.
So essentially, the customer is expected to bear the cost and lose 20% of their money after Builder Depot failed to deliver the goods on time in the first place. I find that completely unreasonable.
The whole experience has been frustrating from beginning to end. Slow delivery, extremely poor communication, painfully slow customer service and a returns process that appears designed to penalise the customer.
There are plenty of other suppliers who value their customers and deal with problems professionally. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend buying elsewhere.
Very disappointing service from a company I will not be using again.
